So i thought ok cool I can just return them anyway. I come back in with the shoes to process the return, and lo and behold this criminal liar "Alexis" says it's for "store credit only" and "he thought he made himself clear". He never ever mentioned "store credit" only "refund". So I had to settle for store credit at a store I will never shop at again. BEWARE of the tactics these scammers try to pull. They also tried to sell $200 insoles!!! $200!! More than a nice shoe!! Fraudulent business practices and they clearly hire uneducated con artists off the street. NEVER come here if you want to find a good pair of shoes and be knowledgable in the process. They have zero idea what they're doing. Go to individual stores of the brands you like, you won't find any answers here. I hate scammers. Especially this criminal employee named "Alexis". Well that's why you work at a shoe store I guess.

Hours of Operation is regularly 10am to 6pm daily (see website hours). It is a well-known and popular shop. Grace runs the shop solo and her assistant is there every other day. Please be patient, Grace understands each shoe is costly especially if they are Pointe shoes $125 and up, so she gives you the patience of "time to decide" versus being rushed. She will give you options based on if you have wide feet, narrow, or even a lower heel fit in the back to avoid scraping the skin off your heels. Ultimately, you leave having picked your first pointe/ballet/jazz/contemporary/character shoes comfortably. Customers can walk in and might have to wait longer, but there is so much to look for to pass time. There is no returns for dancers shoes and many items with any wear on them. Is it worth the wait? I think so. You drove out there and the options are endless from the floor to the ceiling. Many shoes that have run out in other dance places may still be here. Ask? If your shoe design is gone, Grace will give alternatives and honest feedback of similar shoes. Cost is the same as other Dance stores. Location is off the Aliso Creek Road exit and you'd turn into a small street called "Journey", it's in a small business nook. Business owner: Grace presents with a humble nature. She is experienced having been a ballet dancer herself and then understanding the needs of dancers. She is helpful in shoe fittings because she understands it is the fit that makes the difference. The customer also has to speak up their preferences so she can help identify what your personal preferences and fit are too! She carefully listens and guides you. We leave here feeling as if we have visited a family member who is so respectful, kind and gracious. Exceptional****** Grace always picks up her business phone unless she is helping a customer. I am a senior citizen with knee and ankle problems, so I found this store while looking for specialty fitness shoes for my treadmill. A few days ago I visited the store for the first time and was greeted by Patrick. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, patiently taking the time to address all my needs and explain things in a way that made it simple to understand. He brought me a variety of shoes and inserts to try on to make sure that I ended up with the right shoes, socks, and knee support. After over an hour of individual attention, we settled on a pair of Brooks, as the Hoka shoes no longer fit my needs. Thanks to Patrick, I have wonderful pair of shoes that solved my problems on my treadmill. I recommend anyone to work with Patrick if you are looking for a customer oriented salesman that will take the time to make sure you get the best service and shoe possible. I had a disappointing experience with Fleet Feet. Our friends, who are locals, helped us purchase a pair of shoes from this store. Unfortunately, once we tried them, we found them to be very uncomfortable due to a rigid metal structure in the back. We live about an hour and a half away, and it took us over two months before we were back in the area. When we returned to the store, we were surprised that they refused to exchange the shoes, even though they were completely unworn. This experience left us very frustrated. While I understand policies are in place, the lack of flexibility and consideration resulted in losing a customer who was actually willing to purchase another pair of running shoes. Poor customer service and rigid policies with no exceptions made this a negative experience overall. read more

This pair of sandals has adjustable straps behind the ankle and on top of the foot and over the toe area. You only have to open the one strap over the top of the foot to put the shoe off and on. If by any chance her foot swells up more we can even add more strap by going to a shoe repair and add more to this specific sandal . All I can say is that you made my mom feel so special by helping her that day with your old fashioned shoe expertise , my words can't thank you enough . You can find some incredible walking shoes. if you are going on a cruise or traveling to any Countries and doing any long hikes or walking tours check this store out . If you're looking to understand about what footwear should and shouldn't do and personalized insights on what youre doing right and wrong with footwear, and a better understanding of your feet than you've ever gotten - noone else does it better. Other reviews mention the Harry Potter wand experience and it is the best way to describe it - the perfect pair finds you. Definitely would recommend and I plan on coming back on our next visit here. Yes the hours are unconventional, but it is well worth a wait if you have to. Remember to call ahead during his hours and book a slot before visiting - as you would with any specialist. Also call during the posted hours (at the time of writing this 6:30am to 10:30am).

I have never found him rude or arrogant; he is direct and knowledgeable. If you treat him like a shoe servant, if you expect him to sell you anything you want on a whim, you are giving up his expertise and making a mistake. If you want to get in and out with a quick pair of flip-flops or ballet shoes in the same color as your new sundress, go to Payless. (And by the way, he has very comfortable flip-flops too.) But if you want your feet to be comfortable and happy in your shoes, make the initial appointment and spend a little time with Mario. He will focus on you only, and explain why he won't sell you that walking shoe you spotted when you came in. He'll find the right ones and fit them properly, with orthotics if necessary. It's a shame customers who recommend Comfort Shoe Loft to friends do so without telling them to make an appointment. They have already done that, and they know how it works. For new folks to show up expecting immediate gang service like REI or even self-service like Payless, it can be a shock - especially if they aren't expecting to spend some time. Please folks, I'm not equating the value or education of the specialties, but it would be like walking cold into a doctor's office and demanding to see the doctor immediately to take out your self-diagnosed gall bladder. Hold on a minute, let's give you an exam first, let me get to know your case. Please make an appointment. With that information available to her, Roseann is excellent at serving you when Mario is busy with someone else, and Mario will advise when appropriate. My first visit was to find a nice-looking pair of shoes I could count on for a lot of walking on a trip to Ireland, and a pair of sandals for the same reason. I have high arches and pronated ankles. I was surprised at the time he spent with me. As someone else has mentioned, there were shoes he wouldn't let me buy, and he told me exactly why. I was very happy with both pairs I got. I still have them and I still love them. Since then I have been in to see Mario many times. He has fit me with work shoes, sandals, walking shoes, sneakers (athletic shoes), and even slippers. I have recommended him to co-workers, friends, my husband, and even my doctor. Don't listen to the complainers, the impatient, the arrogant customers who fly to Yelp to whine about mistreatment and dashed expectations. I work in customer service; I get it.
