Day before I went to Vans outlet at Orange but i have a not so nice experience, so I went this Vans store location with little expectations since it's just a small store, but this is where I had a great experience. I able to find a good deal for my daughter shoes I end up buying 2 pairs. Evans was so very helpful with me he is so kind to help me out. Day before I was having problem ordering the shoes online I tried many times but i guess there is a glitch on vans website so I told Evan about it and he offered to help me , we did multiple times then boom it works he able to order the specific shoes that I like and he put a code so it is free shipping to my home. Shout out to one of the first Vans retail stores in SoCal. No joke, this shop has been around for almost 50 years now and is still going strong. It's a super small shop, so don't cruise in here thinking you'll find a mountain of fresh Vans gear, because you won't. But this place does have the basics, which is really all I need when comes to this brand. This was my first of many trips here and I got the classic navy blue dock style vans and a coral pair for my wife. I also copped a new hat. The prices here are a basically the same as most stores, maybe a few dollars cheaper. Like I stated earlier, not a huge amount of the inventory, but they do get the latest seasonal gear. Vans. Very weird customer service today. I was the only one in the store and the employees didn't seem to want to help me. The employees were chatting for a bit and after I was standing near the shoe area for a few minutes I finally asked them to try on shoes. The girl handed me a pair of shoes then left on the other side of the store and didn't come back. After the 2nd pair of shoes didn't fit I waited for over 10 minutes on the bench just a few feet away from the register. The male employee behind the register was looking around and twiddling his thumbs, looking bored. He didn't bother to ask how everything is going or if I wanted to try on another pair like a usual Vans employee would do. I planned on buying shoes today but I got up and left because no one bothered to help me. It was weird and not something I normally experience at a Vans store. I've been a loyal customer for 15 years and Vans employees have always been very attentive and helpful but this store was disappointing. read more

Very helpful. This is a small store, but they really pack it with a pretty good selection of shoes, and they have a lot of sizes. I went with my three boys ages 4-12. We all needed shoes. They found the sizes for what we wanted, were knowledgeable of the shoes, and had us out of there in less than 30 minutes.
