I thought they probably know what they're talking about considering they "measured" my foot and are "experts". Nope. They don't have a single clue, especially this kid named "Alexis". Anyway i bought the shoe and immediately knew it wasn't going to work. But he constantly reiterated I would get a "refund" if I signed up for this $20 membership. So i thought ok cool I can just return them anyway. I come back in with the shoes to process the return, and lo and behold this criminal liar "Alexis" says it's for "store credit only" and "he thought he made himself clear". He never ever mentioned "store credit" only "refund". So I had to settle for store credit at a store I will never shop at again. BEWARE of the tactics these scammers try to pull. They also tried to sell $200 insoles!!! $200!! More than a nice shoe!! Fraudulent business practices and they clearly hire uneducated con artists off the street. NEVER come here if you want to find a good pair of shoes and be knowledgable in the process. They have zero idea what they're doing. Go to individual stores of the brands you like, you won't find any answers here. I hate scammers. Especially this criminal employee named "Alexis". Well that's why you work at a shoe store I guess.

Refunds are easy if things don't fit and the clothes themselves are comfortable comfortable. This store usually carries a good variety of sizes, which I appreciate because I'm an extra small, my sister is a medium, my mom's a large, and my guy is a large and some things and an extra large in other others! There is a flaw in this beautiful company that unfortunately, I learned the hard way. My family gave me a $100 gift card that they bought online. It was sent to my email and I wrote down the number of the gift card on a sticky note. I then went shopping. Yeah! How fun and easy was it to pick a pair of jogging pants in the color and size I wanted, grey and large size. Two weeks later the pants came to my house, but the size was XL. That is strange? I thought I ordered Large? The order says XL. I tried to contact Customer Service. I had to google it because the number is not on their website. My first calls were greeted with AI. She said it was off hours, so I called in the morning. She still said it was off hours. I told her, "That is impossible. It is 11:00 am in California. She said that I was correct but now she says they are busy. She asked me to leave my number and I did. No one ever called me back. I decided to go to their store and return them. I went to the store, and the sales rep says that they don't have my color choice. No problem, let's just order a new pair online. He checked and "They are all out of those pants in my size online!" No more large, so I am thinking that is why I got XLarge instead of Large? but I can't prove this. Okay, credit me and I will pick another style of pants. The problem is the store jogger pants are now $110 and not on sale. That is okay because I have $29 left on my gift card. The sales person, very nice, verified I had $29 left on my gift card. The problem is where is that money? It is not on my account. It is nowhere in their system. It is gone. Look, there is the proof that I still have $29 left. He agreed with me, but gave me Customer Service. Simple solution, let's just call them right now? No, he said they won't do anything right away. It will take days for them to issue a new gift card and mail it to me. I gave up on my $29 and this company at that moment. They took my money. Everything I just told you is true. There is something not right here. When I purchase something with an Amazon gift card, the balance stays on my account, so I can use it later. This is true with other companies, but not Vuori. Their customer service is more of a hassle than the money I lost. No one ever returned my call. I could never find a time when they are open. Be careful with online gift cards here.

Instead of helping or providing a simple answer, he responded with a rude and dismissive attitude that made it clear he had no interest in assisting customers. I understand stores get busy, but being busy is not an excuse for being disrespectful. Customer service starts with treating people with courtesy, and that was completely missing from this interaction. I've shopped at many Adidas stores and have never been treated this poorly. She was so patient and detail-oriented, going back and forth to bring out ten to twelve different pairs of shoes for us to try on without ever frowning, even though there was no commission on our purchases. What really stood out was how she spoke directly to my son, making him feel truly involved in the process rather than just talking to us as parents. Needed some footwear for my daughter after her shoe was on its last leg and unfortunately blew out in a game during a weekend tournament. So we googled soccer in north orange county and this place had good reviews so we thought we should check it out and Im so glad we did. First off, the owner was super nice and helpful. The store has a very welcoming feeling to it and has everything that any soccer player would need whether it be for the recreational or serious high school/club player. They also service a some other sports and have access to a wide variety of footwear, apparel and equipment. The owner Fred, spent as much time with us as needed and was very knowledgable in getting my daughter the best quality shoe and correct size that she needed. All in all this place was absolutely great. The service was awesome and the prices were really competitive. We will definitely be returning to and supporting this store. Thanks Fred!! read more

The guys vouching for hockey monkey won me over with their stories of how good the staff was. I did not have a good experience, will not go back, and do not recommend. As stated... total beginner. I informed the sales rep, Alex, about my price range and that I'm just getting started and he grabbed some skates. I settled on a a pair and he informed me of the baking process. He baked my skates, laced them up for me, told me he would be right back and that I needed to remain seated for them to cool. Then - unbeknownst to me - he clocked out and went home. I waited there with my family ( we were hard to miss) until a manager came and told me the store was closed. I felt like a complete idiot. I hadn't even paid for the skates yet. I didn't know the process. The manager told me they still needed to be sharpened. They were nice enough to do that after close and the guy doing the sharpening was cool. But I was still really disappointed and felt stupid. Everyone in the hockey community has been cool up until this point. Very discouraging. Here is the kicker. I was just sitting there.
