McMullin Snowboard and Ski Co) is a cute small business ~ literally your one stop shop, specializing in all things ski & snowboard. It's located in Santa Ana in the deserted looking Edinger Business Park. They are definitely known for their discount prices on all winter/snow-related gear, outerwear, and accessories, as well as services like waxing, tuning, and rentals. When you walk in, the store is so neatly arranged and organized, it's super easy to find everything you are looking for. After coming here for so long, I legit just discovered that upstairs houses their "gently used" section, for those looking for an even more affordable option. The workers are super friendly, with a chill vibe. Everyone is knowledgeable & always willing you help you. My lil fam of 4 snowboards every year, so we have come here (year after year) to update our snow outfits, to googles, boots, snow socks, thermals, & beanies. You name it, they have it..AND we've bought it! Even when my kiddies wear younger..babies, we even got sledding/tubing gear here, so they could play in the snow. We really appreciate the affordable prices ~ ranging to discounted ones to more pricey name brands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Such a cool small business. The workers here give off the hip chill outdoorsy vibe- like they know…read morewhat they're doing, could scale a mountain, and they would never be bothered by anything. We were greeted multiple times stepping into the store and asked if we needed any help. We just came here for a snow jacket to prepare for real cold. The inside has cool decorations, snowboard brands etc kind of like a little wooden fort. Theres even a laddered second floor where they sell 2nd hand items. The store is divided into sections for board care/rentals, they have curtained fitting space and a toilet. They even have helmets and ski shoes. The prices here for snow jackets/gear (have pants too) are definitely cheaper than other name brand outdoor places and good quality (150-200), even cheaper than some outlets (but im not too well versed in brand comparisons so dont quote me if you are seasoned). I I think accessories might be cheaper at outlets?, but its more convenient to get everything in one place. They have toe warmers and google covers. They even have the board conditions for different mountains written on a white board as if you were up there in a resort. It would be great if they had a diagram for beginners of what clothing items/essentials to get including accessories and thermal layers as the store overall is very approachable to a southern californian newbie. The only thing is that it is a bit hole in the wall, parking is a bit confusing as you do look like you're pulling up to an inn. But there is a parking lot and we seemed okay parking there for our time here. Had a good time here, would recommend it to anyone looking to get into winter sports.

He not only…read moredirected us in the right direction but he has quality products and we LOVE LOVE LOVE our new ramp. OC Ramps was so easy to work with, quick and efficient and we felt great value. So glad we didn't listen to the grumpy buggers on yelp who probably wanted something for nothing but instead listened to our gut that said OC Ramps is a great place and cares about their customers. I've referred them to my friends & family and they love OC Ramps too! Can't say enough good things about this company. What a pleasure it is to work with a company that cares!

Bought a ramp from OC Ramps with the promise it would be shipped in 5 days. By the time I realized…read moretheir vague wording actually meant "Leaves the factory in 5 days" it didn't matter because it still hadn't left the factory a week later. Fast forward to 30 or so days later and the ramp is set to be delivered today. All is well until I get a call that the delivery company can't make it up to my house, his truck is too big. Note: Not every neighborhood can accommodate an 18 wheeler. Since I couldn't accommodate the delivery truck's window for a 2nd attempt the shipping company sent the ramp back to OC Ramps, informing me that I'd have to call them and schedule a new delivery. For better or worse in this waiting period my son hurts his ankle, aggravates an old injury. He decides maybe he doesn't want this (phantom) ramp after all. That's fine I think and call to cancel the order. They want me to pay $340 for shipping. That's a lot but ok, and oh yeah that's just cost for shipping TO my house. They also want me to pay return shipping. But wait, it was already returned to you guys, because delivery fell through because of the wrong truck guy. No you have to pay return shipping. AND IT WILL COST OVER $600. You guys are crazy, why would you have me pay this? It was already returned. Also, that's a questionably high shipping cost for a palette of wood. No you have to pay it. You have to pay $1000 in total for shipping costs on a ramp it took us a month to not actually deliver to you, a ramp that incidentally has already been returned because of a screw up by our delivery company. Add to that some disappointing customer service encounters and yeah these guys actually get no stars from me. $1000 delivery costs for a ramp they took a month to never actually deliver. In a word, sketch.
