Amazing craftsmanship. Superior customer service. If you need a ramp or a rail these guys are best in the industry. Ordering was super easy and they came out to install the whole thing. The family loves it. Thank you so much!!!! I'm so glad they are local to Southern California. read more

I searched all over and found this friendly great guy named Tyler who was so helpful. He not only directed us in the right direction but he has quality products and we LOVE LOVE LOVE our new ramp. OC Ramps was so easy to work with, quick and efficient and we felt great value. So glad we didn't listen to the grumpy buggers on yelp who probably wanted something for nothing but instead listened to our gut that said OC Ramps is a great place and cares about their customers. I've referred them to my friends & family and they love OC Ramps too! Can't say enough good things about this company. What a pleasure it is to work with a company that cares! read more

Bought a ramp from OC Ramps with the promise it would be shipped in 5 days. By the time I realized their vague wording actually meant "Leaves the factory in 5 days" it didn't matter because it still hadn't left the factory a week later. Fast forward to 30 or so days later and the ramp is set to be delivered today. All is well until I get a call that the delivery company can't make it up to my house, his truck is too big. Note: Not every neighborhood can accommodate an 18 wheeler. Since I couldn't accommodate the delivery truck's window for a 2nd attempt the shipping company sent the ramp back to OC Ramps, informing me that I'd have to call them and schedule a new delivery. For better or worse in this waiting period my son hurts his ankle, aggravates an old injury. He decides maybe he doesn't want this (phantom) ramp after all. That's fine I think and call to cancel the order. They want me to pay $340 for shipping. That's a lot but ok, and oh yeah that's just cost for shipping TO my house. They also want me to pay return shipping. But wait, it was already returned to you guys, because delivery fell through because of the wrong truck guy. No you have to pay return shipping. AND IT WILL COST OVER $600. You guys are crazy, why would you have me pay this? It was already returned. Also, that's a questionably high shipping cost for a palette of wood. No you have to pay it. You have to pay $1000 in total for shipping costs on a ramp it took us a month to not actually deliver to you, a ramp that incidentally has already been returned because of a screw up by our delivery company. Add to that some disappointing customer service encounters and yeah these guys actually get no stars from me. $1000 delivery costs for a ramp they took a month to never actually deliver. In a word, sketch. read more

OC Ramps is awesome. Tyler, the owner, and his crew were top notch in helping us pick out the ramp best suited for our family. We have skated so many OC Ramp products while living in So Cal and we missed having access to our friends ramps when we moved to Idaho. We wanted to order/build one in our shop so we could use it year round. Tyler actually talked us into going a size smaller then we wanted to, saving us a good chunk of money and in the end the ramp fits perfect while still a great size for me and the boys. I was about to purchase the expensive skatelite material as well but again Tyler told us to save the money since it was going to be inside year round. I don't know of two many owners these days that would pass on upselling two big ticket items (Size and Skatelite). Assembly was super easy... boys invited all their friends and screwguns. It was great to watch these teenage boys take ownership and pride in the build. They did it all themselves and it turned out great! read more

Bought ramp for my adult son and grandson. They both love it and would rate the product 5 star The delivery on the other hand from SAIA , was horrible ! multiple days / weeks they said it was on truck for that day and it never came, until I called and threatened to reject future delivery unless it came that day, which it eventually did late that afternoon. delivery 0 stars read more

I stopped by the OC warehouse to pick up a wooden ledge/box.  Really stoked on it.  They have a rad halfpipe in the back too.  Might have to come back and skate! I'm visually impressed with the quality of the box I purchased. It's solid and doesn't slide around. read more

No a costumer friendly bussinesmodel They dont honor discounts, found a really good deal. 2, 3ft quarterpipes usually $360 dollars each for $330 each and a 15% off discount for a total of $560 for both, when my order finally shipped 3 days later i realize they only shipped one i emailed them and they refurse to ship the other. They say you can do a return and get a refund but they use your refund to pay return shipping so youre left with nothing and they can technicaly call a rippoff a refund. read more

BUYER BEWARE: these ramps are NOT completely pre-drilled. Only the plywood is pre-drilled, but the 50+ 2x4s and 2x3s are not. Instructions are extremely vague. The coping is cheap and thin, and your trucks will stick. I replaced their cheap coping with schedule 40 carbon steel which grinds like butter. If you're on the fence about whether to order a kit or build it yourself, save yourself thousands of dollars and a massive headache and do it yourself. There are more than enough miniramp plans online. The minor inconvenience of making a few trips to Home Depot is worth it. read more

Awesome place. I was surprised with how organized and professional of a place it is. Even their ramps are cut and drilled with CNC machines. The Gal at the front was very warm and offered stickers to my kids. Ill defiantly be back read more

I called these guys to see if they would build a 6ft tall quarter to flat wedge combo. They said because I was not building an entire skatepark they would not do it. Sounds like they are lazy and just don't want to do the work. What's funny is there add on YouTube is all about pre cutting and pre drilling supplies to deliver it straight to your doorstep for you to easily assemble it. These dudes are probably a bunch of old school skaters that hate on everyone else like bmx and scooters. And if you read other reviews it sounds like they are racist also I wouldn't doubt it. My advice get plans and build it yourself it has more meaning when you put your own blood sweat and tears into it. read more

@ocramps made a rail that is not nearly worth the money I paid for. The rail can't hold any weight without bending and the feet aren't sturdy at all, as they came already bent. Their response, instead of being helpful, was telling me "I ain't skatin it right" and my "garage floor must be uneven." Talk about great customer service. Since then they have ignored my e-mails. #ocramps #skateboarding #skate #rail #skaterail #ripoff #customerservice read more

- Buyer Beware - While OC Ramps does allow returns, there is a lot of hidden costs to the buyer associated with this. After you pay the shipping and re-stocking fee you aren't left with much and I would consider your purchase close to final sale. I bought a 3' quarter pipe and within 5 days I tried to cancel the order. The ramp had yet to be delivered, was still up in Orange County, was not yet in transit to San Diego and the freight company had yet to reach out to schedule a delivery date. I explained to OC my situation and was told I could cancel my order but would be charged shipping and a restocking fee. Below is what they quoted me. All said and done I would get $26 back on a $654 purchase. Something to consider next time you are about to hit that purchase button. * Original purchase price - $654.41 * 30% Restocking fee (from product cost only) - $179.70 * Original ship fee - $224 * Return ship fee - $224 * Total refund - $26.71 read more

My family and I are super stoked with Tyler Large (President / Owner) and the OC Ramps Crew and the finished product! We just purchased and had the OC Ramps Crew install our first mini-halfpipe at our house. Tyler was super responsive, prompt and professional throughout the entire process. Tyler even followed-up afterward to make sure we were pleased. And the installation crew was professional, friendly, clean and precise. The mini-halpipe wasn't cheap, but in terms of quality in life you generally, "Get what you pay for." The OC Ramps product is definitely quality. We love the colored skatepaint. We are looking forward to seeing our daughters shred for years to come. Thank you OC Ramps! read more

be careful when ordering products from OCRamps - be sure to over look every piece that get delievered to you the service for OCramps and return policy is the absolute worst. I lost 735$ to chipped skatelite that they wont return, and they wont file a claim with the freight company. Very unprofessional and I was going to use them to expand my ramp but i will never Do that with this company with the customer service i've experienced already. I've had many email conversations with the president of the company to try and resolve this but he simply states i'm "Sh*t outta luck" i will also continue to spread the word of what horrible customer service they provide. They also deleted my recommendation on their facebook because they know what they did was wrong and they are completely unprofessional. read more

About two years ago I bought a 6' quarter-pipe for my oldest son. It was super easy to put together. My son and his friends skate on it every day, and it's still in great shape. Now that my youngest son is skating I bought a 8' half-pipe at the beginning of the summer. Again, the ramp was easy to put together and it's super high quality. My son's and I have loved skating these ramps. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

If I could give OC Ramps 0 stars I would. I bought a quarter pipe from them Christmas of 2017. I'm loving my OC Ramps Garage Mini Ramp. I'm a 48 year old mom who quit skateboarding 15+ years ago and has recently come back with renewed stoke! I love the exercise skateboarding provides and having my own ramp means not having to get to the park at the crack of dawn to practice without the mass of skaters there. OC Ramps was recommended to me by the owner of a private Skatepark near me who's been in the industry forever. My ramp shipped within 2 days of my husband ordering it and it was at my house in Florida less than 2 weeks later (and it was shipped during the holidays). I chose to put Gator Skins on mine and wow does it feel great! My handyman put the ramp together in one day and the skins on in another. The ramp is smooth, has great flow and the coping is perfect. Even though they're under Covid restrictions and not taking calls, crew at OC was awesome in answering all of my questions... and I had a lot. If you're thinking about an OC ramp, think no more and do it. You'll be skating your own ramp in just a couple of weeks! read more

This is my first review ever, and I'd like to give OC ramps 5 stars, but there are a couple of details they could address. First the good/great part. They sent me a ramp which was damaged in shipping. I took pictures and they instantly sent me another ramp (it was the 3.5' high ramp) and are dealing with having the damaged one returned. The next ramp came in bullet-proof packaging. They also offered to give me a free grind box or jump ramp, but I don't have the space for that. Regardless, it was a nice gesture, and Heather could not have been more accomodating. Why not 5 stars? There are pre-drilled holes in the top surface which are not very well aligned to the position of the support beams, so I did have to angle some screws and even pre-drill the Gator Skins in other places in order to get some screws to hold. Aside from that, my only other suggestion would be to change out the screws sent with the kit. I got bags of phillip head screws. There are so many good options these days, such as star drive Torx screws, I hope they switch to one soon. I ended up buying my own screws. Regardless, if my kid keeps skating and we need a full-size, 8' ramp one day, I'll definitely use OC Ramps. Great customer service. read more

Owner Tyler is very unprofessional and their "100% Money Back No Questions Asked Guarantee" is just hot air. He will treat you like his best friend before the sale, but if you aren't satisfied or have any problems after he's got your money, you're on your own. read more

I purchased one of their halfpipes from off their website for my garage. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and with the instructions for putting the ramps together. It was very simple and took no time at all I spoke with the owner Tyler several times before making my purchase and he was very helpful with any questions that I had. He helped me with my decision and what product would be best for me. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and with how helpful they were when I was making my decision. Just got a sick 1/2 pipe for Xmas from these guys. So far it's a great product. Easy to setup and put together. I opted for skate paint to coat and protect the ramp. Probably was a good idea, it seems to make it quieter for the neighbors. Sick ramps!!! Would recommend read more

Can't comment on the long term, but there are somethings that I didn't like about the installation. One, I could not find the instructions online, why not is beyond me and, because they are buried in the pallet upon which the things is shipped, one can't plan one's approach. That could, and did for me, result in moving many of the components twice. I will have a hard time forgiving them for that. I would revise the instructions to suggest not putting the top on each end and the grind rail on until the final steps. I instructions are vague about a single layer installation. They screws they supply are phillips head, which is not right for this application, they should be square drive or hex, or torx. These phillips head screws often cammed out and would not seat as well as others. Expensive for what it is. Quality of material is fine, but for those who might put it on the ground expect it to rot soon if not place on pressure treated base. read more

I recently bought some skate ramps from OC Ramps and I was quite impressed. The quality of the materials and design were incredible. I've experienced great quality and service from oc ramps! I was looking to get a half pipe for my sons birthday but didn't know much about them or different options available. We bought one for my son over x-mas and he loves it! It keeps him entertained for hours.

Worse experience ever with an online retailer. The other bad reviews are spot on, the owner of the company Tyler is a complete and total Jerk. And very unprofessional. The return policy is the worse ever, be prepared to pay more than half the cost of the ramp you buy just to return it. We bought two ramps, one arrived damaged. We could not get the replacement parts in time for me to build it before Christmas so we returned it. My son decided at Christmas he didn't want the second ramp without the other. Something about wanting to setup a mini park with the two together. We asked to return the second ramp thinking they would return it no hassle since the other had to be returned. Tyler belittled me and refused to pickup the ramp unless I agreed to pay $120+ shipping plus 30% restocking fee. Basically I would be credited $54 for a $249 ramp. Save yourself days of misery, build your own ramp with instructions on the net. read more
