Wish this store was more common. The style is comfortable and young and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit higher than a discount store but the quality is value, hence, not a discount store... there isn't a terribly huge selection of items but the products change frequently to keep it fresh. This little shop right by where we live is great. It was super clean and organized. My husband and I were greeted right away by David, the owner, as soon as we walked in. This place just re-opened in 2016. Got my snowboard hot waxed and edges sharpened for only $25. I needed it done last minute on NYE holiday and the owner Dave helped me out. Very fast turnaround! This is the only place in town that can wax your board in a couple hours. read more

I've been looking for some new sunglasses and I've been searching everywhere. I went to the malls and to some small skate shops but nobody had the style I wanted and if they did it wasn't the right color. So as a last chance hope I went to Sunny Smith. I walked in and asked if they carried Von Zippers and was pointed in the right direction. The guy who was working there asked me if they carried what I was looking for. Again my response was a big no. He asked what it was I wanted, I told him, then he pulled out some good old fashion customer service. He said "Well, I can special order that pair for you and have it here in two days." Wow, I was amazed. Long story short i got my glasses and I am happy. Got 2 snowboards waxed and sharpened right at the start of the season. Forgot his name but dude who helped me out was awesome. Helped grab my boards from my truck and was super nice and helpful.
