Came here for boxing shoes. They were $140 online but in store they were $200 as apparently they are charging $60 more based on size. So not only were they overpriced but the pricing is inconsistent and nonsensical. I was told upon purchase that I could return them within 14days as long as they hadn't been used. In the next few days I was able to find a pair in the same size for $100 less. I call before to make sure I could return them as I live 90 mins away each way. I was assured I could. I am not one to ever write bad reviews. However, this shop marks up their prices more than any place I have ever been to and I felt the need to warn future customers. Initially, was really excited about going to this shop to support a local business. Bought the Nike Machomai 3 shoes but quickly realized after purchasing them that they were sold to me for $99 dollars more than if I were to buy directly from the retailer. I understand a slight mark up in price, but $99 is very steep. I could have bought two pairs of shoes for the price of one. The shop would not grant me a refund in exchange for my money or honor the retailers price. Other customers need to be aware of the outrageous mark up in price before buying anything from this store. I am all for supporting local businesses but this business is not valuing their customers and treating them unfairly. They lost at least one loyal customer and likely many more due to their greedy business practices. read more
