When I point out the ball damage, the pro shop guy ask why do I worry about that scratch when there are other deeper scratch on the ball. Well yeah, it because it happened today that's why I bring it in. At this point, if he said he can't do it outright, I wouldn't had said anything, it's what follow. The pro shop guy show a very frustrating emotions as this is some type of errands he doesn't want to do. And took the ball in. The ball came out pretty much the same with the scratch is still there. Therefore I ask, if I were to paid to fix everything, can they do it? "I won't, it's an old piece of junk, just buy a new ball" First, this is the ball from my father, I don't get the necessity to call someone else's ball a "piece of junk" even if it is old. Or he simply just didn't care enough because we didn't buy the ball from them, and to be fair, this is the last time I will interact with this pro shop. If you can't even treat others bowling ball the same as something that you have, why even bother try make it a business? Or you simply just don't care, then again, why bother try make it a business?

Both have years of fighting in their background so they're speaking from experience and not just selling you what's being hyped. Ryan, the owner, was responsive and addressed an inventory matter better than I could've hoped for- The item that wasn't in stock, he had drop-shipped to my home (at no extra cost!).
