We were wandering around Fashion Island one day and stumbled upon Arhaus. It was perfect timing for us as we'd just purchased a new build and would need to furnish a whole house coming from our tiny 1 bedroom apartment. Luckily, Zoe was able to help us every step of the way. Most of the time when my husband and I go into a luxury store, we tend to be ignored. We're a bit younger, don't dress that well, and probably don't look like we have a lot of money to spend. As we were test driving some of the couches, Zoe approached us and offered to take us around the store. I don't have the best eye when it comes to design so having someone else suggest some pieces (or just validate my selections) was really nice. She has such a warm energy, it was really a pleasure working with her from the start. We didn't end up purchasing anything that day but throughout the next few months, Zoe continued to check in with us and would always send a note if there was a sale going on. Once we got closer to moving day, we came in store again to have Zoe help schedule our order and the customer service is excellent. Super easy to schedule delivery and you don't get charged for adding items later (which we did multiple times). I'm so grateful we discovered the showroom and had a chance to work with Zoe. I don't know how this place stays in business, but everything is super nice and literally all my style! Ghost town inside. Prices are what you would expect. Buy a few things here and a few things at Bob's Furniture, mix it up, and nobody will be the wiser. I greatly appreciate being able to come and look at stuff in person not just online.... For that I'll give them 5 stars! I personally feel less guilty about paying higher price prices when I know they must pay an absolute fortune for rent.... read more

We spent 70k on outdoor furniture at Arhaus Newport Beach and the order was a complete nightmare. Duplicate pieces we didn't order but were charged for, custom fabrics that were the incorrect color, 20 dining chairs that were never ordered but the custom cushions for the chairs were delivered, on and on...we ordered in March and won't have everything until October. As a designer, I have used Arhaus on several different projects. The aesthetic and quality of Arhaus furniture is impressive at this price point - it saves my clients thousands since we don't have to go custom. I have found the ARHAUS aesthetic to hit all the design notes for timeless craftsmanship with a forward leaning design that will carry my clients homes into the next decade & beyond with great design. On every project we have had a wonderful experience. This means multiple clients, multiple homes and multiple pieces of furniture have arrived as expected in terms of quality and communication from the company. Margarita has been a wonderful rep for me at this particular store although I've worked with multiple other sales people across the company with similar experiences. Now on to an industry wide issue- lead time, yes that is true throughout the entire design/furnishings industry since Covid there are lead time issues. Traditionally on high-end furniture and fixtures (& custom tile) in the design industry we traditionally expect a 16 week lead time. Bigger brand stores have cut that down by carrying a big inventory, but we have even seen that change over time, so I don't fault any company for having leadtime issues in this market. I see some of the previous reviews, noting lead time issues and I just had to contribute because while it is frustrating to wait for a piece of furniture or decor, it is not an issue of this company alone, but rather a broader problem with supply chain (and now constantly changing tariffs will be a doozy I'm sure). Bottom line, if you are looking for great design Arhaus will be a gorgeous source. read more

Don't let the glitz and glamor fool you this is a very unprofessional company. I went to Arhaus in Newport Beach Fashion Island and fell in love with a dining table. I'm pointing this out to mention the item was not cheap, was not on sale, and was a current item. After waiting monthSSS telling me my item is being made for me in Italy. Well they tried to deliver me a used item! When I told the delivery guy there item looked used he agreed and said the box had been open in the warehouse. Please note unlike other companies like RH they charged me the full cost on day 1. It actually couldn't be assembled because the parts were missing hence it being used. Very disappointed in this company. I also want to add that my table in the past few months has gone up in price by at least $1000 (no exaggeration) so now that there's a Black Friday sale they are "discounting" the item. They have done this with almost every other item I have had an eye on. The showroom and people working are great it's the company at its core. read more

Purchased 4 chairs on May 20, 2025 that I was told were in stock. I have called several times and each time they tell me they will be delivered in 3 weeks. I called again today and was just told due to manufacturing delays that it will be another 4 weeks. I explained that I was told at the time I purchased that these chairs were in stock. No good explanation other than I was told the wrong information at the time of sale. I feel the sales person just tells you a short delivery date to make the sale. read more

Don't buy from here if you want timely responses and the truth about delivery. They're all happy and fun when you're buying, then they take your money and string you along about delivery, making you wait days or weeks between excuse emails and pushing delivery out by months. Garbage a$$ customer service. Laura rushed us into buying over $14000 worth of furnitures claiming it's the last day of %20 sale and prices will go up day after. Checked the website the next day and there it was a %40 discount!! Called the store, Laura is no where to be found. Talked to "Topher" (I guess it's short for Christopher? The store manager) twice, he promised to match the prices and send new invoice and delivery date before the end of the day. It's been a week and no response. I've had a terrible experience with this location. I ordered (2) pillow covers on a Friday. I was told by Alana that she'd expedite my order and ask that they ship on Saturday - and at the latest, by Monday. Not only did they not ship on Saturday or Monday, but they did not ship till the FOLLOWING Friday. After contacting Alana thru the week for updates, I was assured they shipped, but probably just missed the scan and were on the truck. This was a boldface lie; she had no idea and just wanted to get me off the phone because the showroom was busy. I was eyeing the Keegan sectional, but thanks to this trial order, I'll be taking my business back to RH. I was told to expect a call from Manager "Topher" - but no such call has been received. I have to admit after reading the other reviews I almost decided not to go to Arhaus. But we decided to check it out anyways. When we walked into the store we wondered around a bit without anyone helping us but I'm ok with that. I don't like being bombarded with salespeople before I have a chance to look around. After finding the barstools we liked, I approached a salesperson and she was eager to help us. Raquel was kind and personable. She helped us with our order. We bought the Kirsten barstools and they were 30% off that weekend! The concerns that were posted on Yelp was "not receiving their order in a timely manner and horrible customer service" But we did not experience this. Raquel guessed the barstools would be in the warehouse and ready for delivery in 3 weeks. She was correct. I tracked the order and contacted the warehouse and I was able to schedule my delivery within the 3 week period. Delivery was excellent. Professional and presented himself well. I declined the 4th one because it would be overcrowding my island. When I called to talk with Raquel, I was able to speak to her and she gave me her personal cell phone if I had any concerns with the delivery. VERY happy with this store and customer service.
