Love this shop. Got my absolute favorite glassware from here (my 2 favorite blue glasses I use for wine). They also have the cutest set up for kids with a ton of the danish designer mice and adorable doll house pieces. Got my daughter a beautiful dollhouse rocking crib with very sweet bedding. They mislead in advertising- telling a story about cane products and placing their product with textured and 3d wallpapers. This is neither. It is a shiny, flat, cheap yet overpriced paper they claim is special order. I requested a return and they no because said this paper is special order. Highly disappointed. I was very happy with my IZIPIZI reading glasses .This item is sold to fold and be flexible . I kept them in the protective case in my handbag ..After a month they broke in the case . I reached out twice to customer service via email and to date no response! As a, certified workplace coach. Here's some free advice. Customer service is absolutely essential to retain your customer base. This is clearly lacking here . Vertigo Home has been one of the my favorite shops. Every time I go to Laguna Beach, I stop by and sometimes I shop for a couple of hours. There are so many unique items here that you won't find anywhere else. The vibe is great for a chill afternoon and it always smells great, thanks to the Maison Louis Marie #4 that they use (which is also for sale in their shop). Chris and Martin were always super cool and always ready to help out the customers. At the beginning of the California stay-at-home order, my girlfriend and I went to the shop and picked up a giant OMY coloring poster and a few coloring pens. We had so much fun on the canvas and it really helped brighten this quarantine! Highly recommended for people who are looking for unique products and furnitures!! read more

I love this shop! They have the most unique stuff you don't see anywhere else. I think one of the owners is Danish so a lot of European stuff. This is our go to place for unique gifts. They wrap everything so beautifully. They can make a small gift look like a beautiful art work! My favorite purchase from this store is a thermos bottle called 'S'well'. It keeps cold drink really cold for up to 24 hours, and it fits in my car drink holder. When you are in need of a special unique gift, try Vertigo home. You'll be glad you did! read more

This is a wonderful store filled with so many interesting items. Both Chris and Martin are very helpful and fun to work with. They have helped me with fabric selections and making new outdoor patio cushions, pillows throughout my house and now a new slipcover for my couch. They even made indoor and outdoor cushions for my home in Kauai. I wouldn't use anyone but them in my homes. And their mascot Utah is so adorable!!! read more

Lousy customer service, and dishonest. They sent me the wrong pair of eyeglasses, ordered by telephone, and then lied to me, assuring me they'd pay return postage if I sent them back. They also refused to send me the right pair of glasses. I will never do business again with this store. The days of 'the customer is always right' is long gone, but these guys really went out of their way to tick off an honest customer. read more

Okay... this place is just gorgeous and really offers products you can't get anywhere else in Laguna. The fabric is really lovely and will certainly inspire you to update your favorite chair or sofa (check out the turquoise silk with gold lotus design!) Vertigo Home redefines the word "smart." Everywhere you turn, there is something that has been thought through, something that is original and fun, something that makes you wonder, "Why didn't I think of that?" All this is due to the owners, Chris and Martin, who have the "smarts" to choose elegant, elevated, sly, and rare items for the home ranging from killer European fabrics to coffee cups decorated with Pantone numbers and colors. Not to mention the Danish aerating pourers that make your Trader Joe wines sing. I've been in Laguna since the 60's--yes, the 60's--and I've rarely seen a shop that could compare, that really hit the mark of what being smart in Laguna is all about.
