    Knowledgeable, helpful salespeople that are non aggressive. Good quality for the price, comparable to Ashley Furniture. Good selection, too. We were there for a dining room table, bed and bookcases. However, I wouldn't get couch here, as they are too soft and deep. The main show room is huge including. They offer several delivery options and prices, some furniture can be delivered assembled or self assemble. The outlet area is also big. I saw some of the same pieces as in main show room sold As Is. Was advised that Black Friday specials feature financing and bedroom furniture. Worth checking out as part of your furniture shopping.

    Wow! What a terrible experience. I stopped by to look for a recliner and checkout their outlet. It is like a giant help yourself ghost town. Never was acknowledged for even being in the store and not one person asked if I needed help. Of course I saw 2 people focused on customers, waiting for them to decide on furniture. There was also a group of people huddled together listening to someone talk. To walk around a store for 15 minutes and not even get a 'hi' 'welcome in' 'are you looking for anything in particular that I can help you with?' Well no thanks to this store. A waste of time.

    Nice big store was hoping the inventory was better but drove from OC to see a outdoor sectional and they didn't have any on display was bummed even sales rep was surprised they were super attentive so that part was great and it is huge but other store had same amount just condensed and no outlet area like this one.

    I was sold a mattress that did not fit my bed frame that I bought from living spaces..I purchased the bed frame and mattress from living spaces I talked to the manager they refused to even do an exchange on the mattress I'm a very unhappy customer and I'm also a returning customer. The manager refused to do a one time curtesy to exchange even though I only had the mattress for one day all they care about is money and not good customer service. I did explain to them that the bed was too high even for my two year old daughter that I was scared she would fall off..This is at the living spaces in La mirada.. I even offered to pay extra for a pick up fee of the mattress and I also offered to buy another piece of furniture just for an exchange for the mattress that I had for one day.

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase and delivery experience, which I found to be deeply disappointing and unacceptable given the cost and expectations set by Living Spaces. I ordered a new couch and confirmed delivery the day prior, as well as again on the day of delivery. Less than two hours before the scheduled delivery window, I was contacted and informed that the product was no longer available and that my order had been cancelled. I was offered only the option to have a ticket created and to receive a call back within 24 hours. No alternative solutions were presented at that time, which was extremely frustrating given the short notice. I called back and spoke with another representative who similarly stated there was nothing that could be done and that I would need to wait. At that point, with the product now out of stock, it was entirely unclear what resolution--if any--would be provided. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by associate from the La Mirada store. She offered an alternative option that was sold "as is." I expressed concerns that "as is" might indicate missing parts or functional issues, but I was reassured that the item was complete and functional. The associate coordinated delivery of a power reclining loveseat and console, with the commitment that the missing middle section would be delivered the following day. While this was not what I originally ordered, I agreed in an effort to reach a resolution. Upon delivery, I discovered that the power reclining loveseat did not include the required power supplies--only a single showroom battery--rendering the power recliner effectively unusable. I was then informed that the only way to resolve this issue was to physically drive to the store. When I arrived at the store, I was told that because the item was sold "as is," the absence of power supplies for a power recliner was my responsibility, and that this was not included. Being blamed for missing essential components of a $5,000 power furniture purchase was both surprising and unacceptable. The overall service experience--from last-minute cancellation, lack of proactive solutions, incomplete delivery, and ultimately being held responsible for missing critical components--was abysmal. This is especially concerning given the significant amount of money spent. Based on this experience, I have no intention of making future purchases from Living Spaces. However, I would like the opportunity to speak with someone with appropriate authority to formally address the service failures and discuss a proper resolution.

    SCAM ALERT!!!!! PLEASE READ : Terrible experience. The dining set we bought started falling apart, and when we tried to use the 5‑year protection plan they pushed on us, the claim was denied due to a hidden 60‑day reporting rule. No one mentioned this, and it defeats the entire purpose of buying a 5‑year insurance plan. How are customers supposed to predict issues and report them within 60 days? The furniture quality is bad, the warranty is a scam, and they convince you to waste your money. Avoid this place. Experiencia terrible. El juego de comedor que compramos empezó a desarmarse, y cuando intentamos usar el plan de protección de 5 años que nos insistieron en comprar, rechazaron el reclamo por una regla oculta que exige reportar problemas dentro de los primeros 60 días. Nadie mencionó esto, y va totalmente en contra del propósito de pagar por un seguro de 5 años. ¿Cómo se supone que un cliente prediga problemas y los reporte en 60 días? La calidad de los muebles es mala, la garantía es una estafa y solo te convencen para que desperdicies tu dinero. Eviten este lugar.

    We were shopping for a new couch for my parents and Living Spaces had plenty of options. Staff were helpful. I believe Armando helped us during our visit. We ended up purchasing a set and coordinated the delivery. One mishap though was they delivered the wrong couch but got the other item correct. They were able to reconcile and it got delivered.

    Out of all the furniture stores we went to, living spaces is our top in terms of customer service and also pricing. We were able to pick our couch here and I love that you can choose different fabrics/colors for your couch. We also got 6 free pillows as well!

    They delivered recliners sofas to us on February 5, 2026, and were not properly assembled, as they left it separated from each other and not connected properly on their bases, resulting in moving when we sit on it. When we called them, they refused to come and fixed it even though we bought a warranty from them Also Some also lack a small lower button support, making them unstable when sitting. Before buying they said I have 30 days return the sofas but they refuse to cancel the order and And/or to come and install it properly

We checked other mattresses stores but decided on this Sit' n Sleep based on the service we received, the items available for purchase, and the price of course. More than anything, it was the service. I felt we could trust Ralph and Sit' n Sleep. I do recommend that you don't be shy about trying the mattresses. My mom was very timid about lying on the mattresses to test them out. Try the mattresses out to see which one feels right for your firmness wise. Enjoy your visit!

The customer service was good and my wife and I were treated very well. We tried several mattresses and picked one that we liked and fit our budget. The delivery in 12/18 went well, too bad there's no option to just pick up your mattress yourself since it took the delivery team less than 20 min to bring the base and mattress into our home. The charge for that was 130.00. So, we have had our mattress for 3 days and I decided that I would like to get the tier above the mattress that I purchased. I called sit n sleep and spoke to the salesman that helped us. I was told that I would have to have my mattress for at least 30 days before doing an exchange and that there would be a 20% restocking fee to make that exchange/upgrade. I was pretty disappointed because they sell you on the whole 120 day satisfaction guarantee but don't disclose whether or not your mattress will have a restocking fee. Yes, it does say it in writing but why not be transparent about it and explain it during the sale? Pretty sleazy sales move to me. Second issue I had was if you don't purchase their mattress protection cover (429.00) then your mattress is not covered for any warranty. I learned this the hard way as well. I called to return the protection kit since it had many bad reviews from other sources online. When calling corporate and this location they said that if I returned the protection kit, my mattress would no longer be covered under warranty. So, no option but to buy their specific kit to keep your mattress protected. Another sleazy sales move... I'm ok with the mattress I have and no I won't be giving this place any more money for a restocking fee. I Just wish they were transparent with their customers from the get go. If I had to shop for a mattress again, I would not come here again. Pretty disappointed with the treatment after making the purchase. Please do your homework before coming here and definitely shop around, it's not as good as they make it sound while trying to make the sale.

When I explained my urgency, Diego assured me he would do his best to get my delivery before noon. He kept me updated throughout the day, and by 6 pm, I received a message with a delivery window from 7:30 to 10:30 AM. True to his word, he called me to confirm, and the very next morning, Fernando and Hugo delivered and built the bed frame in minutes -- they were so efficient! I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional service and support from everyone at Sit'n Sleep. You have a fantastic team, and I truly appreciate all the help they provided during a difficult time. I got the the bed, sheets & pillows tried to sleep in it the bed is short. I'm 5'7 and my toes hang off the end. First night it was bad. I did give it time for me and the bed to adjust. I waited for the allotted time she said to try it out. I came back in to the store with questions and the unopened pillows and sheets set to return. Same manager lady was there i expanded the trouble I was having with the bed and about the buttons hurting my hip. She was like a totally a different person OMG! She just out right said no returns no refunds she was so rude. The sheets and pillow were still in sealed shipping package I told her the bed has buttens that made it hard to sleep. I got the adjustable bed and what I was told the top of the line mattress with two pillows and 2 sets of cooling sheet "not cooling at all.
