I purchased an Ortho Mattress less than 8 months ago. At the store, we were encouraged by purchasing pillows with the mattress bringing the total close to $3,800. We were reassured multiple times that this mattress came with a 25-year warranty, and were explicitly told that if we ever experienced back pain, we should not worry because the mattress could be replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, the mattress has already become completely unusable. It has significantly sagged in the middle and on one side. When my husband lies on it, the mattress sinks under his weight, forcing me to roll toward him due to the slope. It is no longer level, supportive, or comfortable. I contacted Ortho Mattress regarding the warranty and was required to pay a $65 inspection fee. After the inspection, my claim was denied because the body impression allegedly did not meet the required 3/4-inch depth. The claim was also denied because I did not purchase their $250 bunkie board -- despite the fact that I am using a very strong, high-quality, and proper base under the mattress. For a mattress of this price and age, this level of sagging is unacceptable and clearly indicates a durability or manufacturing issue. The way the warranty was explained at the time of purchase does not match how it is being enforced now. While the brand attempts to market itself as an orthopedic-quality mattress at a slightly lower price, the actual quality and warranty support do not live up to those claims. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially given the promises made during the sale. we will never purchase from ortho mattress again. read more

We purchased a mattress from Ortho Mattress only 7 months ago, and it already has severe sagging that is causing serious back pain. They sent someone to inspect it and charged us $65 for the inspection. Their own inspection tool showed that the mattress failed due to severe sagging -- yet we are still dealing with this issue. It's very disappointing to pay thousands for a mattress that doesn't even last a year. A mattress should not fail this quickly, especially when properly used. Charging customers for an inspection and then confirming the defect makes this experience even more frustrating, they refused to return it or exanged after they gave us 25 years warranty. When we purchased they were sure about there product amd they said they will return in case it sagg. We expected better quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from here based on our experience. read more

Bought a ortho mattress here and it's been not even a year and it's sagging. Paid 1,600 or so and my boyfriend bought one too for less money and he's having the same problem. The mattress I bought felt a lot firmer in the store. I had to buy a topper from Costco and I my back is still bothering me. I think it was David who sold us these mattresses. Both of us will need to buy new ones very soon but definitely won't be going to this place. read more

Dhaval was a great help to me getting a new mattress and shared the many different options that I could have gotten. I went with an extra firm mattress that felt smooth and cold. I appreciated the knowledge that he shared on how often mattresses need to be changed, how quick to rotate the mattress, and how to protect it. While I personally thought the price of the mattress was a lot, the investment will most likely be well worth it in the end. The bed arrived on time and was put together very quickly. My old mattress was even taken away as I didn't need it anymore. Overall, a good experience. read more

Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I are actively shopping for mattresses and we came in today and walked the ENTIRE store were looking the brand and reviews on the brand as we walked by and NO ONE greeted us. We saw an employee talking to a customer and walked past us. No help not even a greeting! I understand if you're with a customer but to walk past us mot say a word and we went through the ENTIRE store without anyone acknowledging us? We ended up going to Sit 'n sleep where we ended up spending over $6k that could have possibly gone here. read more

This place is incredibly disrespectful. Today, my siblings and I came into the establishment, seriously considering buying multiple mattresses. Eric, the sleep specialist, was kind initially and told us to "make ourselves at home." We took him at his word and laid down. My sister and I enjoyed the mattress, so much, we continued to lay down for several minutes. My sister was seriously considering the purchased (she needs at least 3 in her home) when sleep specialist Eric, rudely approached us with "are we done here (sarcasm)...I've got business to do here." He had another woman that he apparently wanted to work with. We were rudely expected to leave! Other than us and the other woman he was working with, the huge space was empty. We left and will definitely take our business with us. read more

After hassling me for two months, and always refusing to take back my new Tempurpedic mattress, funny how they called me and said they guessed my stain wasn't there after all, and would return mattress. I told them it was too late. Fortunately, the Tempurpedic company already took back old mattress and gave me a softer one. Tempurpedic service was quick and efficient. Such a relief. This is my second visit here. I bought a mattress about 15 years ago when they had a sale for queen beds. Returned here to get a guest mattress and box spring. Now, most online places sell mattresses for platform beds now only or the reviews for mattresses are scary. We were helped immediately upon entering and weren't pressured into buying something above our budget. Delivery is offered for free with a minimum purchase and it is reliable and speedy. I left Macy's after the salesman wanted to help others when we were ready to buy. Truth be told, we waited around because we wanted to give our guy commission. I called the Customer Service with my issue. I received a letter telling me to write a check for $60 made payable to Ortho Mattress for the inspection! I had such a great experience here! My husband and I been planning to get a new bed, Mainly just mattress... anyways, DAVID. He was outstanding. Very caring, professional and genuine. He said we don't need to buy a box spring if we don't really need it. Most places try to tell you that you need it but you don't! He was honest and was not there to up sell, but to make sure we are a happy customer. From the start I told him we are in a budget and probably wouldn't be able to purchase one through credit. I didn't want to do it but he insisted I try. I gave it a shot, and Wow approved! From then everything went smooth and fast. Nothing bad to say about this store! Originally I was planning to stop by the Ortho OUTLET on Valley View but after seeing such horrible reviews consistently about the same manager I decided I don't even want to try it. I ended up with a Sealy Posturpedic Buckingham pillow top mattress at 50% off. It is divine to say the least. Nathalie and Robert were such great helps. They are knowledgeable and so friendly. I initially got a standard box spring but once it was delivered (also by very friendly Ortho drivers, NOT contracted carriers) I realized the bed was much too high.. pretty much up to my waist. I called and spoke with Robert who explained to me my options so patiently Standard box spring - 9" high Low profile box spring - 5" Bunkie board - 2" I ended up choosing the bunkie board which is almost like plywood but upholstered on the outside with a non-skid surface which keeps your mattress from sliding around and it turned out perfect. No charge as well. A tip- if you have light carpeting or do not like people stepping on your floors in shoes, have them leave a note for the drivers to bring booties. I'd definitely recommend coming by and lying down on several mattresses. They will take care of you here! read more
