Best customer service The sale person very nice and helpful Thank you thank you I recommend this store 100% read more

David was incredibly helpful in explaining the differences between all the mattresses. We asked a lot of questions and made several statements that he gently challenged or encouraged us to reconsider, and I really appreciated his direct communication. He kept emphasizing comfort over anything else, even when we were deciding between two mattresses, one of which cost twice as much as the other. In the end, he once again encouraged us to choose based on comfort, and we found that the less expensive mattress was actually the most comfortable. He was very affirming about that choice, and we truly appreciated his honesty and guidance. We had a great experience and a wonderful conversation, and I would absolutely recommend this store. The hospitality was excellent, and we felt the warranties were very fair. We walked away with a great mattress at a great price. read more

Nice service delivered our mattress on time when they said they would down side I don't like the fact that you have to rotate your mattress every month . As a Senior you get a little burned out doing that my next recommendation when I need a mattress to look more into the info. read more

I purchased an Ortho Mattress less than 8 months ago. At the store, we were encouraged by purchasing pillows with the mattress bringing the total close to $3,800. We were reassured multiple times that this mattress came with a 25-year warranty, and were explicitly told that if we ever experienced back pain, we should not worry because the mattress could be replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, the mattress has already become completely unusable. It has significantly sagged in the middle and on one side. When my husband lies on it, the mattress sinks under his weight, forcing me to roll toward him due to the slope. It is no longer level, supportive, or comfortable. I contacted Ortho Mattress regarding the warranty and was required to pay a $65 inspection fee. After the inspection, my claim was denied because the body impression allegedly did not meet the required 3/4-inch depth. The claim was also denied because I did not purchase their $250 bunkie board -- despite the fact that I am using a very strong, high-quality, and proper base under the mattress. For a mattress of this price and age, this level of sagging is unacceptable and clearly indicates a durability or manufacturing issue. The way the warranty was explained at the time of purchase does not match how it is being enforced now. While the brand attempts to market itself as an orthopedic-quality mattress at a slightly lower price, the actual quality and warranty support do not live up to those claims. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially given the promises made during the sale. we will never purchase from ortho mattress again. read more

We purchased a mattress from Ortho Mattress only 7 months ago, and it already has severe sagging that is causing serious back pain. They sent someone to inspect it and charged us $65 for the inspection. Their own inspection tool showed that the mattress failed due to severe sagging -- yet we are still dealing with this issue. It's very disappointing to pay thousands for a mattress that doesn't even last a year. A mattress should not fail this quickly, especially when properly used. Charging customers for an inspection and then confirming the defect makes this experience even more frustrating, they refused to return it or exanged after they gave us 25 years warranty. When we purchased they were sure about there product amd they said they will return in case it sagg. We expected better quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from here based on our experience. read more

Bought a ortho mattress here and it's been not even a year and it's sagging. Paid 1,600 or so and my boyfriend bought one too for less money and he's having the same problem. The mattress I bought felt a lot firmer in the store. I had to buy a topper from Costco and I my back is still bothering me. I think it was David who sold us these mattresses. Both of us will need to buy new ones very soon but definitely won't be going to this place. read more

Normally I don't write reviews but the service was so great I had to express my gratitude:) I bought a beautiful mattress with the help of Carol and David. Carol was very sweet showing me around the different mattresses they had for sale and David provided an amazing deal for the mattress I purchased! Overall, a great experience and would recommend this location to shop for a new mattress. read more

Dhaval was a great help to me getting a new mattress and shared the many different options that I could have gotten. I went with an extra firm mattress that felt smooth and cold. I appreciated the knowledge that he shared on how often mattresses need to be changed, how quick to rotate the mattress, and how to protect it. While I personally thought the price of the mattress was a lot, the investment will most likely be well worth it in the end. The bed arrived on time and was put together very quickly. My old mattress was even taken away as I didn't need it anymore. Overall, a good experience. read more

We had a great experience :). We ended up getting a bed and two pillows for a reasonable price.

Finally changing my bed that I got in the 90s to a well deserving eastern king. Shoutout to Larry for educating me on the different types of mattresses this century has to offer. He was very personable, and knowledgeable. He did not pressure my boyfriend and I to make a purchase at the spot and answered all of our questions with confidence. We are very appreciative of you Larry! We are also happy to announce that we are the new owners of a luxury firm eastern king bed! Thanks again Larry! read more

I can't say enough about Brian that helped me today. He is a genuinely compassionate person in regards to my situation. Also, he was very professional, explaining every thing I needed to know, so I could make the right choice. Matress Firm is so lucky to have such an employee, as Brian. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a new mattress, etc., Brian is going to make your visit very pleasant and just seamless. read more

Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I are actively shopping for mattresses and we came in today and walked the ENTIRE store were looking the brand and reviews on the brand as we walked by and NO ONE greeted us. We saw an employee talking to a customer and walked past us. No help not even a greeting! I understand if you're with a customer but to walk past us mot say a word and we went through the ENTIRE store without anyone acknowledging us? We ended up going to Sit 'n sleep where we ended up spending over $6k that could have possibly gone here. read more

This place deserves -100 stars They are so rude and unprofessional They threaten customers not to walk out and look down on them. If you want a bad experience, come here read more

One star review for rudeness, the salesman can't and don't want to listen and took me to see the most expensive mattress in the store at 5k and threatened me not to walk out the door, speechless on his sales pitch . No wonder the store is empty with no customer, bad bad bad all the way!!!! read more

HAVE TO add to my opinion of Ortho Mattress. After hassling me for two months, and always refusing to take back my new Tempurpedic mattress, funny how they called me and said they guessed my stain wasn't there after all, and would return mattress. I told them it was too late. Fortunately, the Tempurpedic company already took back old mattress and gave me a softer one. Tempurpedic service was quick and efficient. Such a relief. Apparently, my review here made Ortho try to give customer service, but I'd already found good service with Tempurpedic Co. read more

This place is incredibly disrespectful. Today, my siblings and I came into the establishment, seriously considering buying multiple mattresses. Eric, the sleep specialist, was kind initially and told us to "make ourselves at home." We took him at his word and laid down. My sister and I enjoyed the mattress, so much, we continued to lay down for several minutes. My sister was seriously considering the purchased (she needs at least 3 in her home) when sleep specialist Eric, rudely approached us with "are we done here (sarcasm)...I've got business to do here." He had another woman that he apparently wanted to work with. We were rudely expected to leave! Other than us and the other woman he was working with, the huge space was empty. We left and will definitely take our business with us. read more

This is my second visit here. I bought a mattress about 15 years ago when they had a sale for queen beds. Returned here to get a guest mattress and box spring. Now, most online places sell mattresses for platform beds now only or the reviews for mattresses are scary. We were helped immediately upon entering and weren't pressured into buying something above our budget. Delivery is offered for free with a minimum purchase and it is reliable and speedy. Definitely recommend. Happy with our purchases! read more

Purchased our new mattress today and had wonderful service! Josh was extremely patient and kind. Ortho Mattress is the best! I've bought several mattresses over the years. And what makes them different from other Mattress stores, is they care! Ortho Mattress wants to make sure that you were happy and comfortable on the mattress you select that helps improve your sleep. and they alleviate The stress of mattress shopping. It's tedious and can be confusing. Michelle, made the selection so easy. I am now sleeping on my mattress and I am so happy to sleep all night and wake up feeling rested. I left Macy's after the salesman wanted to help others when we were ready to buy. Truth be told, we waited around because we wanted to give our guy commission. We were waiting approximately 20-25 minutes but I got impatient. We headed down the street to this place. Our guy, David, was helping others but greeted us as we walked in the door, anyway. I respect that. He worked within our budget, was very friendly, and gave us the best deal on what I eventually settled on -- The Sealy Black Label. Thank you, David, for being so helpful. Starting Tuesday, my back can finally rest. read more

we were looking for a mattress that helps with back issues (pulled muscle in lower back). we had been to another store that day and couldn't find anything. we had the same mentality walking in here -- whatever probly were not gonna find anything here either. We ended up coming back to purchase the memory foam he recommended. still loving it. David is the man. read more

I received great service at the Ortho Mattress in Cerritos last December. I bought two Queen size beds from Dave. Super nice guy. The box spring broke recently in less than a year. I called the Customer Service with my issue. I received a letter telling me to write a check for $60 made payable to Ortho Mattress for the inspection! AND $99.99 will be applied to ALL Warrenty Replacements. Something you should know about their One Year Warranty. read more

Josh was absolutely amazing with my mom. She has some back issues and he was super patient with her. She has a hard time getting up and down so he didn't waste her time with mattresses she wouldn't need. He gave her a great deal and didn't try to up-sell something more expensive. There is nothing worst then someone just trying to sell you something to sell you something. Thanks again, I'll be back for my mattress. read more

I had such a great experience here! My husband and I been planning to get a new bed, Mainly just mattress... anyways, DAVID. He was outstanding. Very caring, professional and genuine. He said we don't need to buy a box spring if we don't really need it. Most places try to tell you that you need it but you don't! He was honest and was not there to up sell, but to make sure we are a happy customer. From the start I told him we are in a budget and probably wouldn't be able to purchase one through credit. I didn't want to do it but he insisted I try. I gave it a shot, and Wow approved! From then everything went smooth and fast. Words can't describe how happy I was and how positive and consistent David was. Glad we came here. read more

Nothing bad to say about this store! Originally I was planning to stop by the Ortho OUTLET on Valley View but after seeing such horrible reviews consistently about the same manager I decided I don't even want to try it. I ended up with a Sealy Posturpedic Buckingham pillow top mattress at 50% off. It is divine to say the least. Nathalie and Robert were such great helps. They are knowledgeable and so friendly. I initially got a standard box spring but once it was delivered (also by very friendly Ortho drivers, NOT contracted carriers) I realized the bed was much too high.. pretty much up to my waist. I called and spoke with Robert who explained to me my options so patiently Standard box spring - 9" high Low profile box spring - 5" Bunkie board - 2" I ended up choosing the bunkie board which is almost like plywood but upholstered on the outside with a non-skid surface which keeps your mattress from sliding around and it turned out perfect. No charge as well. A tip- if you have light carpeting or do not like people stepping on your floors in shoes, have them leave a note for the drivers to bring booties. I'd definitely recommend coming by and lying down on several mattresses. They will take care of you here! read more

This review is just on the shopping experience alone (more will come on the mattress itself later on should it warrant it). My wife and I dealt with Robert, I can't express how well he deals with people, he wasn't a pushy, sleazy, salesman, he was anything but. He was courteous, polite and mindful of what we were looking for, he wanted to see how we felt about the beds then we got into pricing. We both felt at ease and not pressured, *bonus points for that*. I highly recommend him. read more

Ortho Mattress - Mattresses Near Me - Cerritos, California

This is my first review, but I felt impelled to share a hidden jewel in Southern California. Let me describe you my experience. I spoke to Gregory, and further identified myself as a phone shopper. I originally called with the objective to obtain the best pricing; however, in return, I got the best customer service. Quite ironic, since I had no desire of receiving Ortho's customer service. I resorted to this approach only because, I received a sub-par customer service at the other Ortho stores. Trust me the other stores, come no where close to this store. Gregory was able to articulate the bed technicalities into laymen terms. When you visit other mattress stores, they tell you springs this and spring that and how one is relatively better.... If you're absolutely sick of hearing something you don't already understand, then this is the person to goto. Rather than telling me about the manufacturing specs, he slowly and professionally told me how it can mesh well with my body type and of course, my preference. Furthermore, his ability to listen is what makes him the ultimate customer representative. Again, I must emphasize, even informing I had no desire to purchase, Gregory helped me and as a result, enhanced my mattress shopping experience, and saved Ortho's reputation. Without him, I would have never even considered Ortho as an alternative. He did not push you around, nor attempted to close the sell like the other Ortho sales rep. (The other Ortho sales rep closed on me 50 times...) What makes him stand out is, he's there to help not to sell. But if you intend on buying, buy from him. He knows how to give good deals, and best of all, he understands customer service. Thanks Gregory. read more
