Delivery was prompt, and the frame was assembled when it arrived. At first I had concerns about the mattress labeling because I could not find the law tag I was expecting. I contacted Peter, and the first mattress I received did not have the required law tag and appeared to be defective. Peter explained that the replacement mattress came from the same company, the same brand, and the same wholesaler. When the new mattress was delivered, it included the proper law tag, which showed that some mattresses from the wholesaler may have been defective while others were correctly labeled. He worked with me to address my concerns. The mattress I received has a proper law tag stating "All New Material," includes California Registry No. CA-37894, and identifies the manufacturer as Good Mattress. Some customers may not recognize the manufacturer because it is not a major national brand. The invoice states "All Sales Are Final," but Peter was willing to work with me when I had concerns about the first mattress. I always drove by this mattress store which seemed empty all the time. There were so many varieties of mattresses and frames, but hardly any people. I decided to go in and see wha they had to offer. I was greeted by Lisa. Lisa was so nice and very knowledgeable about the different brands and positives and negatives of mattresses. I tried so many mattresses and one, I fell in love with. Lisa showed me a similar mattress that was in a lower price range without knowing what my budget was. I came back the next day with my husband and bought the more expensive mattress the beauty rest black mattress. It's been a week and this is the best sleep I have had in my life, I wish I would have came sooner. Lisa explained the 10 year warranty and value of this mattress, so it is money well spent! I highly recommend this store. Another plus was she acknowledged my special needs son whom is autistic, she didn't ignore him and pretend like he don't exist, even if he could say hi back. I appreciated that more than anything. read more

5 GOLDEN STARS FOR ORTHO MATTRESS CYPRESS, CA Went into Cypress store LISA was exceptionally friendly and honest. She listened and spent quality time discussing mattress. Lisa recommended exactly what I had already researched for a side sleeper with severe chronic hip pain and could not sleep on my back. Lisa was so professional explaining everything slowly and honestly including difference between 1 mattress versus another and importantly how to exchange if needed during the sleep period with like kind for the same price or higher priced, which for quality of sleep is important to know what your buying, Lisa's knowledge was superior to anywhere else I went, and delivery is tomorrow :) so excited to get a good night sleep from a top representative which recommended a specific mattress and top of the line support frame, that's important too! read more
