So I spent an entire Saturday mattress shopping and visited several stores like Sit 'n Sleep and…read moreother mattress discount outlets. I learned several things: + Stores like Mattress Firm and Sit 'n Sleep offer a more organized catalog on their websites and allow customers to try out the mattresses they browse online in person. + Most mattress outlet stores carry budget-friendly and lesser-known brands like Maxim, Mlily, and Diamond. + Very few mattress outlet stores sell well-established brands like Beautyrest, Sealy, and Tempur-Pedic. Even when they do, I couldn't fully test them out at those specific stores. + It is a good idea to figure out the following before testing mattresses - comfort level (plush, medium, or firm), size (twin, full, queen, or king), price range (value = below $500, essential = $500 to $1k, premium = $1k to $2k, or luxury = $2k+), and bed type (hybrid, memory foam, innerspring, or air mattress). [Why did I end up with Mattress Firm]: While both Mattress Firm and Sit 'n Sleep offer comparable mattresses and carry well-established brands like Beautyrest, Sealy, Serta, Stearns & Foster, and Tempur-Pedic, I wasn't impressed by the salespeople at Sit 'n Sleep due to their lack of enthusiasm. In addition, Sit 'n Sleep did not have the specific Sealy mattress I was looking for despite their larger store size. [Shopping experience]: I originally visited the Garden Grove location which had a bigger mattress selection to try in person. However, it was time to make a decision after checking out several mattress stores. I ultimately stopped by this Huntington Beach branch just few hours before closing. This location has a smaller footprint, so they didn't have the exact mattress I wanted to test. Fortunately, all Mattress Firm locations share the same inventory so I was able to place an order here. The staff was friendly and even did a quick evaluation to help identify mattresses that best fit my needs. [Delivery]: Next-day delivery was available since my mattress was in stock. The delivery and installation fee was $149.99 (not including tip - customers only pay both after the installation is completed) and the delivery team accepted credit cards. They arrived 15 minutes later than the automated email notification had shown, but still arrived within the promised 2-hour delivery window. The team was efficient and completed the installation (including the bed frame setup) in under 30 minutes. [Items purchased]: Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Norman 12" Medium Mattress Full Prime ($1099.99 discount included) + Basic Adjustable Base Full Prime (free advertised special) + mattress setup & haul away/adjustable base set up ($149.99 - pay at the time of installation) + basic waterproof mattress protector full prime ($49.99) + microfiber sheet set gray full prime ($49.99). [Conclusion]: Overall it was a solid experience and I can definitely see myself revisiting Mattress Firm if I ever need to test or purchase another mattress. However, I probably could have purchased the mattress protector and microfiber sheet set at a better price elsewhere.

It wasn't because it was broken but cushions and part of an arm piece had been damaged by our dogs a couple of years ago. The quality of the couches we had custom ordered were perfect for us. So we went with ordering the same length couch but in a material that will compliment the love seat. The customer service is great. It made for ordering our couch quick and easy as well. I'm excited to get our new sofa. The quality is good. Comfortable enough for us and our 3 large fur babies. The place is spacious with a selection of styles to select from on the floor.
