I purchased a Dreamcloud hybrid mattress in 2024. I had excellent service at the store. The mattress is supportive and comfortably cushioned. It supports my back. It is made well. However, the cooling gel is a joke. This mattress sleeps HOT. I have yet to find a satisfactory solution to this issue. Mattress toppers are too thick to put on top of this mattress and cooling pads do not work. Also the adjustable platform for the mattress is the best investment I have made. I would highly recommend paying for the adjustable platform for any mattress. It really helps with acid reflux health issues. read more

NOTE: This is way longer than I planned but it is important to understand all of the info and lack of response. Contacted Customer Service 4 times with 1 call from Rich stating his manager was out for 2 weeks but they would reach out then and "make things right". Still waiting (now it's 07/04)..... Went to SitNSleep in Westminster on Magnolia Ave on Memorial Day. The gentleman that helped me, Rich, was nice. Had me use the automated system to find "the perfect bed" but then didn't discuss at all, just started showing me mattresses way out of thee budget. He and the other guy who's name I can't recall , were great at helping me get a mattress and frame I could afford. However, the sheet set received was NOT the same as the one Rich showed/sold me. The protector set I received, did not fit the mattress, like it was meant for a different size bed. The protector for the side sleep pillow was square not made for side sleeper pillows I purchased. However, was told the excess could easily be folded up. The cover bunches up too much almost nullifying the purpose of the pillow. Rich never indicated at any time what the cost of the side sleeper pillows were. I did NOT appreciate finding out they were $135/ea from the sales receipt. Originally, the other gentleman said he would set up delivery for 05/28. Then changed to 05/31 because the mattress and frame were coming from different locations. No one could print out a deliver receipt showing a 05/31 delivery date but both assured me It would all be delivered on 05/31. The night of 05/27 I received an automated call stating my delivery would be 05/28 between 2-6. I called the delivery dept to ensure that all pieces were being delivered. After some conversation I was told everything but the mattress was being delivered 05/28, which clearly would be useless. I asked them to reschedule everything for 05/31 so the frame and the mattress delivered at the same time. That afternoon I get another call stating my delivery would arrive in 20 minutes. I again had to stop working, call delivery, and ensure they were not going to deliver the frame without the mattress. I told Rich I needed 14" of clearance under the bed for storage. He said no problem there were extenders. When the delivery arrived, the delivery person said the bed came with no extensions and the area under the bed is only about 10". I called the store, spoke to Kent, and was told the delivery person was "just a delivery guy and didn't know what he was talking about". Kent then insisted on sending me a picture of the floor model, which served no value. Turns out the delivery person knew exactly what he was talking about! Kent also said that model of frame was not stable at 14", therefore making that frame useless to me. As a side note, it would appear that this is the only location NOT having a sale on any items I was presented that day. This was NOT a great experience for me and created a LOT of anxiety and issues that were completely unnecessary and easily avoided. read more

I don't know if you remember me, my bed was stuck in the up position on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend? Well, I received excellent customer service. Now I have a question and I'm not sure where to go so I'm posting it here. What if my mattress tag says 2013, it's not at 8 years but it's lumpy? You know my story... I went to Sit N Sleep. This is a top of the line Seely iComfort mattress. I bought it because I have fibromyalgia. I feel every lump as though it's a boulder. Any suggestions? Call customer service and they'll have their warranty personnel contact me within 3 business days. I'm still under warranty and they don't prorate. Hopefully they will see what I feel! Tamara was my sales consultant. She took her time with me. She helped me figure out what was best for my situation. Very sweet and personable. Not pushy at all. (Not being pushy is important to me) I wanted my bed delivered a few days later because I was too busy for the next day service. They gave a 4 hour window for delivery. Once that expired, I called the store. They transferred me to what sounded like dispatch. They told me the driver was running late and it would be delivery at 8:30pm....several hours late. I wasn't ok with that. She then transferred me to customer service. After holding for a while, the customer service rep said she wasn't sure where I got my information, but that I was next on the list. The guys showed up about 20 minutes later. Magical! They were nice and professional. I don't blame the driver for being late. I suspect it's just a scheduling issue. So far my new bed is super comfy. I gave four stars because of the delivery schedule. This is my second mattress I've bought from here. We went with a memory foam mattress this time. Service is good. They have you lie on this computer bed and it's supposed to measure how you sleep and match you up with the most suitable mattresses according to your sleep habits. I'm not sure if you can't figure it out yourself on what you like and don't like. Overall, it was a really good experience and they have a wide selection. Never pay sticker price. You can always negotiate the price here even though they won't say it. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new mattress. read more
