Delivery was prompt, and the frame was assembled when it arrived. At first I had concerns about the mattress labeling because I could not find the law tag I was expecting. I contacted Peter, and the first mattress I received did not have the required law tag and appeared to be defective. Peter explained that the replacement mattress came from the same company, the same brand, and the same wholesaler. When the new mattress was delivered, it included the proper law tag, which showed that some mattresses from the wholesaler may have been defective while others were correctly labeled. He worked with me to address my concerns. The mattress I received has a proper law tag stating "All New Material," includes California Registry No. CA-37894, and identifies the manufacturer as Good Mattress. Some customers may not recognize the manufacturer because it is not a major national brand. From my research, Good Mattress is a Los Angeles-area mattress manufacturer/distributor and the mattress includes a California registration number for identification and traceability. The invoice states "All Sales Are Final," but Peter was willing to work with me when I had concerns about the first mattress. It wasn't because it was broken but cushions and part of an arm piece had been damaged by our dogs a couple of years ago. The quality of the couches we had custom ordered were perfect for us. The firmness was just right and the softness of the material is very nice. We wanted to replace the couch because the material of the original was no longer available. So we went with ordering the same length couch but in a material that will compliment the love seat. The customer service is great. It made for ordering our couch quick and easy as well. I'm excited to get our new sofa. The quality is good. Comfortable enough for us and our 3 large fur babies. The place is spacious with a selection of styles to select from on the floor. They also have books of sofas and tables to look through. They have plenty of material to select from too so come and check them out and allow ample time for looking at samples. This is located in the business area, but easy to find, right on the corner with plenty of parking.
