I mean we spend half of our lives in the thing so you might as well buy a good one. I came here because it was my local Ortho store. We had come there to buy my mattresses as a kid. They have a great selection with all types of mattresses for different sleep styles. I ended up with a Tempu-Pedic mattress, and an Ortho massaging and moveable base. The staff was very helpful and my mattress was delivered next day. They even got rid of the old one for me! Now comes why I am writing this review eight years later. I was doing some rearranging at the house and I accidentally broke my remote for my bed. I had a tough time trying to find a replacement online. I decided to call the store. I spoke with Zanan. He took down my information and told me that he would call me back. He called back the next day and let me know that he needed to get a hold of the gentleman at the warehouse, that he would be off, but someone would call me. I had forgotten about it, and assumed they had forgotten about me. It is two days later and I received a call back from Zanan, and he was able to acquire the remote replacement for me. This is service that goes above and beyond and you do not see anymore. I highly recommend you to bring your business here and I know this is where I will buy my next mattress.

This was lucky - the mattress, quality, even the model number stayed the same; it is in-stock, and will be delivered to my house Tuesday - less than 48 hours after the purchase. Z took excellent care of me. Sadly the mattress is twice the price of what I purchased almost a decade ago; but that was one pandemic, three years of supply-chain issues, and two years of explosive inflation ago. No blame to the company or the sales personnel. But the top-notch service took much of the sting out of the price. I'm a big dude and wear out mattresses every 7 to 10 years. Ortho mattresses are not cheap; but I'll trade a near-decade of great sleep for cheap prices every time. Happy back, happy life.

I had visited four different furniture stores trying to get a bed frame delivered either the same day or the next day, but I was told it would take 2 to 3 business days, which was too late for my needs. When I explained my urgency, Diego assured me he would do his best to get my delivery before noon. He kept me updated throughout the day, and by 6 pm, I received a message with a delivery window from 7:30 to 10:30 AM. True to his word, he called me to confirm, and the very next morning, Fernando and Hugo delivered and built the bed frame in minutes -- they were so efficient! I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional service and support from everyone at Sit'n Sleep. You have a fantastic team, and I truly appreciate all the help they provided during a difficult time.
