I went in today and had a hassle-free buying experience with Z. Sanett. I knew what I was looking for, as I wished to replicate the exact mattress I purchased 8 years ago. This was lucky - the mattress, quality, even the model number stayed the same; it is in-stock, and will be delivered to my house Tuesday - less than 48 hours after the purchase. Z took excellent care of me. Sadly the mattress is twice the price of what I purchased almost a decade ago; but that was one pandemic, three years of supply-chain issues, and two years of explosive inflation ago. No blame to the company or the sales personnel. But the top-notch service took much of the sting out of the price. I'm a big dude and wear out mattresses every 7 to 10 years. Ortho mattresses are not cheap; but I'll trade a near-decade of great sleep for cheap prices every time. Happy back, happy life. read more

Stopped by this store browsing for a mattress and adjustable bed frame. A blonde lady came to help us and show us the different types of mattresses. All was dandy until I was undecided on what kind of mattress I really wanted. I told her that I needed to go home and do some research since this purchase was going to be between $5k-$6k. She came back at me, rather rudely and said all the research you need to do is lay on each bed and decide! It made me pretty upset, so I told her that when I meant research, I meant other brands like sleep number and tempur-pedic. She just walked away and went back to her desk and didn't say another word. Before I get started, I recognize that I need to accept partial responsibility for the issues with my overall experience. That being said, here we go... I purchased a new MEDIUM Lansdowne Luxury mattress about 15 months ago. Our salesman was energetic and attentive, and spent significant time answering all of our questions, which I appreciate. When asking about the warranty, he suggested a zippered mattress protector, which he assured us would NOT change the comfort or feel of the mattress we bought. We dropped about $3200 on the new mattress + adjustable base set, and the recommended mattress protector. Fast forward to delivery day. Two men showed up, and originally brought in the wrong mattress, which was returned to the truck, and the "right" mattress was brought into our place. The head delivery guy was in some sort of terrible mood that day, and was rushing me to sign the delivery papers. I asked him to verify that the second mattress was indeed the mattress we purchased. He rolled his eyes, and said, "yes, this is your mattress." His attitude wasn't worth any more of my time, so I signed the papers, and moved on with my life. The first several weeks on our new mattress were really uncomfortable, but we were told ahead of time that it would take about 6 weeks for it to "break in," and the return window was 90 days. I decided to remove the zippered mattress protector, to see if that made a difference. It totally DID! The mattress felt like a rock with that stupid thing on. So, we decided to give it some more time, and of course the return window came and went. While moving the mattress within our current apartment, we used the fabric handles on the sides. Two of the handles ripped away from the bottom of the mattress, rendering them (and the warranty) useless. Here we are, 15 months later, and we're getting rid of the damn thing, because it is terribly uncomfortable STILL. In an effort to not waste a relatively new mattress, I listed it on a website to give away. While taking photos of the mattress, I see the attached mattress tag, which says, "Lansdowne Luxury FIRM!" We had the WRONG mattress the entire time!!! Again, I am aware that I should not have allowed the delivery guy to bully me into signing the acceptance papers. However, the mattress protector that was recommended by the salesman ruined the intended feel of our mattress, AND the delivery guys brought in two mattresses, neither of which was the mattress we ordered. We will NOT be ordering our next mattress from Ortho Mattress. read more

I would always recommend to check at least 3 places before buying anything costly and I suggest that this place be the last place you go to because it is levels above the rest and will be your last stop. I have been here a couple times now, been sold twice on their outstanding customer service and knowledge of there products. They have pricing that is exceptionally competitive and have sold me on a matress that was within my budget twice now. I would highly recommend everyone that is in the market for a new mattress to check this place out and have a chat with Tom or any of these guys. You will not leave empty handed, at the very least you will walk out with some knowledge and what kind of matress you want to spend of your life on. There is always plenty of parking and it is a clean store. The inside does look like a empty warehouse with beds laid out in the front on frames and in the back they are laid on the floor.
