I love the high quality furniture pieces at the LA Furniture Store Design Center on Triggs Ave. LA…read more I had visited this location with friends several times in the past, so after visiting several other high end showrooms, decided to check out their selections when I needed some living room pieces. I had an excellent shopping experience with Phil Chiem! He was so knowledgeable, gracious and fun to work with. I ended up getting what I came in for and more - I came in to find a single leather couch/reclining unit and ended up purchasing two beautiful leather couches for my living room spaces. All of their products are first rate, beautiful and an excellent value compared to other high end showrooms. Since my original purchases, I am looking to make additional couch purchases for my son's family household from Phil. Phil did a stellar job in helping me find the right pieces in the right colors and sizes to meet my lifestyle needs for my home. His suggestions and these furniture pieces take my home environment to a new level! The delivery team was incredibly competent and professional. They had vast product knowledge in assembling the pieces and showing me how to operate the reclining pieces. They were impeccably clean and treated me as a valued customer. I would recommend this location and of course Phil. Phil was awesome, no run around, straight to the point and the prices were a good value. He followed up after the delivery to check for my satisfaction. Phil's customer service is second to none! I highly recommend this LA Furniture Store location!

The threads literally pulled out of the seams and we took pictures and wrote them. Know this. If you order from this place and have any problem at all with your sofa, they WILL bilk you and tell you to get stuffed. Scam-level customer service.

Walked into a straight-up paradise of organized vinyls with a crazy good selection across all genres. The first guy there didn't acknowledge us or say a word, which kinda sucked since I had a few questions. Not gonna lie though, he was playing some really good music, so I let it slide. Ended up finding quite a few vinyls I was hyped about. I had some others in hand, but realized they were overpriced. When we were ready to pay, another guy with curly hair was at the register, he had completely different energy. Super friendly, good vibes all around. Hopefully I catch him again next time I'm in.
