    I contacted this vendor in February to get information on their prices and availability as I was…read moreplanning my daughter's 1st birthday party. They responded fairly quickly and without hesitation, I moved forward and sent the $25 deposit fee to book them. They said they would send me my invoice during the week. That should have been a red flag as every vendor I have ever contacted for events usually sends me an invoice right away, but for some reason I didn't think much of it. A week passed and I never received my invoice, so I reached out and asked if they could send me the invoice. No response. I finally decided to send a request through their website, and they immediately messaged me back saying they would send it right away. I waited and 3 days had gone by...still no invoice! At this point it had been three weeks and I still never received an invoice from them. For the client to have to keep trying to get a hold of them for an invoice is very unprofessional and irresponsible as a company. I was over it and started to search for a new vendor. Once I found a new vendor and booked them, I sent a message on Instagram and email on their website letting them know I would no longer need their services. They clearly don't care about following up with clients once booked for an event. I didn't bother asking for a refund on the deposit as they obviously need that $25 more than I did. Thankfully the vendor we ended up using instead, Kiddie Soft Play LLC, worked out great!

Long story short- * arrived late for pick up, I had to DM them on Instagram to get an apology because they didn't care that they were late to the location of my party. They continued to use the excuse that they were in communication with me (as if that's a reason the location would be ok with me not leaving the building at the time I had to be out) anyway........... * in their "booking description" they state and I quote "$75 Security deposit will be returned 2-3 days after event if there is no damages to our equipment" My event was Saturday so do the math, 2-3 days after is Tuesday. Now tell me why do I have to message THEM to remind them to send me my deposit back?.... and they didn't even apologize for being late to send it back. Clearly they never apologize LOL I'm an understanding person, but the fact that this is my money and you're 1. Not saying why you're taking so long to send it back. 2. Not being apologetic about being late 3. Not on it = No thank you. Be on top of your business, that's embarrassing. Not a good look. P.s I finally got my security deposit back at 11:40pm Friday night - 6 days after my event. Take your money elsewhere
