I contacted this vendor in February to get information on their prices and availability as I was planning my daughter's 1st birthday party. They responded fairly quickly and without hesitation, I moved forward and sent the $25 deposit fee to book them. They said they would send me my invoice during the week. That should have been a red flag as every vendor I have ever contacted for events usually sends me an invoice right away, but for some reason I didn't think much of it. A week passed and I never received my invoice, so I reached out and asked if they could send me the invoice. No response. I finally decided to send a request through their website, and they immediately messaged me back saying they would send it right away. I waited and 3 days had gone by...still no invoice! At this point it had been three weeks and I still never received an invoice from them. For the client to have to keep trying to get a hold of them for an invoice is very unprofessional and irresponsible as a company. I was over it and started to search for a new vendor. Once I found a new vendor and booked them, I sent a message on Instagram and email on their website letting them know I would no longer need their services. They clearly don't care about following up with clients once booked for an event. I didn't bother asking for a refund on the deposit as they obviously need that $25 more than I did. Thankfully the vendor we ended up using instead, Kiddie Soft Play LLC, worked out great! read more

I rented the tot package for my daughters birthday party, sucks that it's an amazing thing to rent for a child's bday party but I wish I would've spent my money to another small business who actually cares about their customers/ clients. Long story short- * arrived late for pick up, I had to DM them on Instagram to get an apology because they didn't care that they were late to the location of my party. They continued to use the excuse that they were in communication with me (as if that's a reason the location would be ok with me not leaving the building at the time I had to be out) anyway........... * in their "booking description" they state and I quote "$75 Security deposit will be returned 2-3 days after event if there is no damages to our equipment" My event was Saturday so do the math, 2-3 days after is Tuesday. Now tell me why do I have to message THEM to remind them to send me my deposit back?.... and they didn't even apologize for being late to send it back. Clearly they never apologize LOL I'm an understanding person, but the fact that this is my money and you're 1. Not saying why you're taking so long to send it back. 2. Not being apologetic about being late 3. Not on it = No thank you. Be on top of your business, that's embarrassing. Not a good look. I tried getting some information for my son's birthday and they didn't even give me a response.

Booked a toddler package with this company and honestly wish we would have gone with anyone else. I made arrangements in April for my children's birthday celebration in June. The girl I spoke with was very nice and went over packages. I selected the one I wanted and was told it included a roller coaster which was honestly the only thing my 3 year old son really cared about. I reached out to her about 2 weeks before the party to make sure everything was good and to confirm all the items I requested were in the package I rented. She assured me the rollercoaster was included. (See picture.) I continued to reach out to request and invoice, finally got one a few days before the party. On the delivery day, I was sent a picture of the set up as I was not at the location at the time of delivery. I replied and asked where they had left the rollercoaster as it was not pictured. The girl called me to tell me, it was not included in what I ordered. I proceeded to remind her that not only did she assure me by phone, but also assured me by text. She told me that she never said that. I politely offered to send her screenshots of the text she had sent me where she clearly stated the rollercoaster was included. She honestly tried to make it seem like I was making things up. I stayed calm and told her my son was looking forward to the rollercoaster. She proceeded to tell me she could deliver it later and that she would have to charge me extra.(even though it was clearly her mistake.) She never really apologized after making me feel like I was crazy. If you want a stress free experience, I would not recommend booking with this company. read more
