We rented the Loveyland set for my daughter's first birthday and it was a huge hit! Julia was so kind and lovely to work with. She set everything up and checked it was all in order--and even replaced the slide that had a tiny issue. She cleaned off everything after she set up, so it was all spotless. It was difficult to find an affordable soft play package for my sister's daughter , so when we saw the prices for the kidrentalz soft play we were excited because it came with a bouncy house , soft play , ball pit and hoppers. When Leslie came to deliver the soft play and set it up in our backyard she took her time ensuring everything looked good and that the baby and other kids could roam through the area easily spacing out each attraction item. She disinfected all pieces with alcohol wipes which I appreciated because germs can spread so easily if that's not done. She was an effective clear communicator through text to any questions I had regarding the soft play package and was nice upon meeting in person.
