Julia was kind, professional, and great to work with! Thank you for setting up my daughter's birthday party soft play.

Honestly, this company any is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I'm personally one who is all about customer service and Julia from Kidrentalz deserves a standing ovation. I was looking for a small soft play area for my daughter's birthday party to accommodate a couple of younger kids that were also attending. I emailed Kidrentalz 1 day before my event and got a quick response from Julia. She gave me an awesome price and even went to my venue prior to my event to plan out her design. She was on time for drop off and pick up. She was patient with my indecisiveness and just an absolute sweetheart. Thank you so much Julia! You've definitely won me over! Look at how GORGEOUS the setup looked: read more

We rented the Loveyland set for my daughter's first birthday and it was a huge hit! Julia was so kind and lovely to work with. She set everything up and checked it was all in order--and even replaced the slide that had a tiny issue. She cleaned off everything after she set up, so it was all spotless. The softplay set itself was awesome, and we got the bouncer which was super fun for the little kids as it's their size. Really fantastic experience! read more

My friends and I have used Kidrentalz Softplay twice now and will continue to do so. My friend initially found the business on Instagram for her son's first birthday and it was a huge hit! The equipment was all in great condition, the prices were extremely affordable, and the business owner was a breeze to work with. I ended up using the services for our baby shower. We had a few littles attending and this was a great way to avoid any meltdowns throughout our 5 hour event. I actually initially looked past the business because of the lack of reviews on Yelp! I wanted to make sure the same oversight wasn't committed by others. Book it. You won't regret it. read more

It was difficult to find an affordable soft play package for my sister's daughter , so when we saw the prices for the kidrentalz soft play we were excited because it came with a bouncy house , soft play , ball pit and hoppers. When Leslie came to deliver the soft play and set it up in our backyard she took her time ensuring everything looked good and that the baby and other kids could roam through the area easily spacing out each attraction item. She disinfected all pieces with alcohol wipes which I appreciated because germs can spread so easily if that's not done. She was an effective clear communicator through text to any questions I had regarding the soft play package and was nice upon meeting in person. I am definitely going to rent out her soft play packages in the future for my niece again , the kids and her had a blast playing for my niece's first birthday. Thank you again Leslie for everything. read more

It's difficult for babies and toddlers to enjoy their own party - they're in diapers, can't get into the big bouncers, and need a nap or two in the day! But it's their day after all - so what to do? For my son's first birthday, I really wanted to make the day special for HIM. I was very lucky to find Kidrentalz very last minute. She worked with me to set up something nice for my son. And honestly, kidrentalz have the best prices in The Valley. Some of the prices out there are outlandish!
