My Dad gave my Mom a heart balloon on Valentine's Day and she loved it, also she's been admiring my birthday dolphin balloon I send her pics of, which finally deflated after 5 months I bought for me from a local party store. It hit me...send her a balloon bouquet! Guess where I started? Yelp! Yelpers know best and we will shout praise from the highest rooftops! You're a business doing right by patrons, we will let the world know. I sent a Yelp inquiry/quote for SF Valley/Los Angeles area for balloon stores in my Yelp search. My parents live in SoCal and I'm up in NorCal. Well, my search got nothing but very fancy creative, major event balloon artists/compositionists, willing to do a single, smallish arrangement for me. What??!! All were fast responding and very kind. One business owner stood out from the rest, Monti Decors, Valeriia. What an absolute pleasure the entire exchange was. I had so much fun with her in our conversations. She's thoughtful, kind, super responsive and willing to take on my non-major event request. Valeriia offered a custom small composition or she had a few compositions already made on sale which I opted to buy. You can see it in my photos attached. So pretty! Very fast purchase process through my iPhone with Valeriia's help and the delivery was scheduled for Mother's Day. I absolutely cannot recommend her enough! My Mom squealed with joy when the bouquet was delivered by a very kind and thoughtful young man. My Mom is so happy! She loves the balloons!
