My experience with this business was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, several issues arose during my event--my backdrop fell, and multiple balloons had popped. When I reached out to address these concerns, I was met with a dismissive response and was told the situation was not her responsibility. This lack of accountability was both frustrating and disheartening. To make matters worse, she declined to return and resolve the issues, stating she would not be available until after my event had already concluded. Overall, the level of service and professionalism fell far below expectations.
