There's a $10 bargain bin to dig through up front and I found like 5 things in there. Stuff on racks is priced around what I'd expect sale prices at Torrid to be (at least what I looked at and tried on, anyway). Storefront is cute and the waiting area was a plush nook with a mattress seating specifically made for them. Cute clothes, friendly staff. I paid $144 for 2 swimsuits, 2 dresses, 2 cardigans, and 2 shirts. Definitely not disappointed!

I came across an article about a Rachel Pally warehouse sale and thought why not? Her dresses aren't super inexpensive so I thought the warehouse sale would be a great time to do a test run in terms of fit/style/etc. What better time to try a new style than when it's on sale! Everyone at the warehouse sale was so nice!!! Very helpful, attentive, sweet, and just very nice to be around. Unfortunately I didn't have much time to stay since I had to get home to get ready for my birthday dinner but I had a wonderful experience for the hour that I was there. There are some super sale racks for like $25 & up dresses but mostly the other dresses are still right around $100. It's much less than a $250+ price tag I've seen on her stuff at Nordstrom but still not too low. Maybe I'll try next time. What a great shopping experience! Note: If you haven't been to a warehouse/sample sale type place you may be surprised in the dressing room. Just don't be too shy about the whole thing. I'm not! We're all women. :)

The son of the lady told me I can return within 5 days with a receipt but the shoes are final sale. I come back 2 days later with my receipt wanting a return for the pants since they were too small, right off the bat the lady denies me and I ask why and she said I can only exchange, I mention to her that the two guys that were here before told me otherwise,they also didn't have the pants in my size anymore. She said in her 30 years she would never say that which I replied, of course not because I didn't speak to you, and possibly your sons misspoke to me but that is what they told me. She then replied that there are signs all over the store and I told her if I had seen them I wouldn't have asked for the return policy. She offered store credit and once I agreed she then began saying my pants were not from two days ago and they don't sell the pants I returned. I assured her I bought them there and I had the receipt to prove it. Completely unprofessional, policy should be more lenient since their fitting rooms are closed. last year I purchased some items from the Glam Envy website and returned them all because the…read moresizing was way off. I wear a size 12 and their size 13 in jeans barely covered one of my legs. Because they don't offer cash back, only store credit and some of the items aren't eligible to be returned at all I didn't want to take the risk in online ordering again and having the same problem. *also be advised the store credits do have an expiration date* I knew I was coming to LA so I decided that I would make a trip to the store front to redeem my store credit. The boutique is really cute inside, small, and I didn't have any problem finding street parking. There is a pretty good selection of items if you're between sixes 2-8 but larger than that you'll be a bit limited. I tried on several items and most of them just did not fit my body properly. A lot of the fabrics are thin and sheer, the dresses and skirts I tried on showed my underwear so beware of that also. I found the most success in accessories and jackets. I purchase a jumpsuit that fit me perfectly and it is a size 2X. In no other store have I ever fit into a 2X but I liked it enough to keep. The prices are pretty expensive based on the quality and I did not see any sale section inside of the store. A mini backpack, jumpsuit, duster and pair of no-name sunglasses was over $200. Thankfully my credit was $160 and covered most of that. Staff were helpful and friendly, I would consider the customer service 5 stars but I know I won't shop here again based on the sizing, selection and prices.
