I walked out with *ten* garments (including a jumpsuit, which I swore I'd never wear) and two purses. (On that note: their curated selection of accessories are on point.) The owner, who is delightful and who designs all of the dresses, suggested additional cuts and fabrics that would suit my shape. She then volunteered to make alterations to make two of the garments more comfortable. She told me going forward, I can just ask for particular patterns and pick fabrics and basically order exactly what suits me online. I mean? Yes, please. The store tagline, printed on every label, is "Size is relative" and that kind of inclusion is deeply appreciated (not to mention good business). I'm going support that ethos with my discretionary dollars to the furthest extent I can. Tl;dr: I love, love, love this shop and all the things inside it.

This store was suggested to me by a bridal shop employee who said I could buy trim myself to…read moredecorate my veil. We came in looking for trim, the owner was too busy looking at his phone to help us. I asked the other person behind the counter to see 2 different trims, he refused to show me the second one and was literally arguing with me and raising his voice telling me the 2 trim is EXACTLY the same as the first. I have no idea why I even decided to buy this trim from them, after the worker literally insulted me in front of my mother in law and friend, and other customers by yelling at me that it's the same trim. All I said back to him was: hey, I'm sorry you're having a bad day, but there is no reason to be rude to me. I wanted to get the trim on that day but they did not have enough of it. The owner, Benjamin, took the money, $100 cash, and my address, and told me it would be sent out to me in about eight days. This was on June 8, now it is August 5. I have been back last month, asking him again where my trim is, he told me that he will send it, he will put in order in, but I still have not received it. He also told me he would not refund my money. His justification was: Sorry, I don't have the trim, I will make an order, why are you upset , it's only $100. He suggested I pick something out for that money. I'm not a seamstress and I don't need any other trim. I am simply getting married and I need one piece of trim. That's what I ordered. Extremely rude. I have texted him, and have not received any answer from him. Big mistake ordering anything from this shop- they will take your money and not ship it.
