Irvine Spectrum had limited clothes and colors to try on. Also, the service was not close to what I've experienced at the Pasadena store. Wanted to purchase the new Energy Tee that I absolutely love! Tried on some pants too. Customer service was great! All of them were helpful, but one of the girls helped me and she was checking up on everyone who were in the fitting rooms, making sure everyone got everything they needed. She was very helpful in finding different sizes and colors and styles of clothing. She checked up on me and made sure I was happy before I left the store. I did purchase the Energy Tee in Blue Coast. Love the rich navy blue color! I have several Energy Tee purchases from them over the years. It is soft, comfortable, breathable and great for workouts or even worn as a casual tee anywhere. There are quite a few options and since it wasn't busy I took my time and tried on a ton of men's and women's apparel before finally settling on the performance jogger. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. I think the only issue I had was that they didn't appear to have proper sizing for some of the colors that I wanted most. I think it should go without saying that there should at least be 1 of each size from XS to XL on the floor to minimize checking the inventory. Nonetheless, I had a pleasant experience and was even offered a discount for being a first time buyer. Unfortunately, my in-store experience was disappointing. When my husband and I walked in, no one greeted us or offered assistance. I even made eye contact with an employee near the front, but she didn't acknowledge us, so I initially assumed she was a customer. As we continued walking through the store, multiple employees passed by without saying anything. After a few minutes, I realized the person at the front was in fact an employee, which is when I decided to leave. I did mention the situation to someone before leaving (it was difficult to tell who worked there since no one was wearing name tags), and I was told they usually have a greeter and that the employee "didn't see me." As a customer who came in ready to make a purchase--and even wearing the brand--it was a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, it left me feeling unwelcome and has made me reconsider shopping with Alo in the future. After looking at other reviews I see that I am not alone in this. They have a wide range of inventory, including women's and men's clothing, home goods, stationery, kitchenware, toys, etc. The store can get a little messy at times. I also discovered they have a good amount of discounted Asian skincare products, including some popular Korean and Japanese brands. During this last visit, I found a Beauty of Joseon serum that I ended up buying. If I had more time, I would be checking out this section more thoroughly! My husband and I have also previously purchased Nike products, clothing, greeting cards, home products, etc., from here. Parking: Parking is available in the parking structure on the second floor. Customer Service: I don't interact too much with the workers when I'm in the store. They are neutral when ringing you up. Went to Hot Topic just now around 11:45pm because my friend just purchased a few prismatic poster boxes here. When he was there, there were 6 other boxes available. He texted me and I got there within 5 minutes, but the lady said that the boxes were sold out yesterday. My husband showed her the text that someone just bought there. Then her story changed. She then said that the boxes were on the counter but were sold out earlier today. She asked us to go back at 1pm-ish because they "may" restock the boxes. It's just one lie after another. After we left, we saw her on the phone chatting. Looks like she doesn't want to sell to us. Will never go to this store again! Buyer beware!
