I randomly stopped by this store, but I ended up buying a couple of their lip glosses. I can't wait to try those from the 'Blossom,' brand, quite high quality, 'Made in USA.' Store was kept extremely organized, and they were hosting a 25% off sales off fully priced items today on Tuesday, 03/19/24. Cashiers were super friendly and efficient: I mostly browsed their 'Lip Bar,' section quite a bit. Next time I'm back in my favorite mall, Santa Anita Mall, Arcadia, CA., I'll be back again. They have cute dresses here and was interested in buying one. But when I walked in, I didn't get greeted. Which at first didn't mind much until a white woman entered the store a few seconds later right behind me and SHE got greeted. I thought maybe it was a coincidence. I went back again weeks later to check it out and the same thing happened! I entered and nobody greeted me (even though one of the cashiers was looking towards the entrance) but a white couple that came in right after me did get a " Hello Welcome" from a blonde girl that worked there. I kind of got a discrimination vibe from there and will be looking at other clothing stores instead. read more

I had a truly upsetting experience at this boutique today. I was "assisted" by a very rude, skinny staff member who made the entire visit uncomfortable. When I asked for a small in a dress, she immediately insisted I wear a large--without even giving me a chance to try anything on. She then handed me a medium, saying the dress was "extremely stretchy" and that I might be able to get away with it. Her tone was condescending and dismissive. Things got worse in the fitting room. While I was trying the dress on, she loudly shouted from outside--asking if I needed a large--in front of a crowd of other customers. I felt completely humiliated. The lack of professionalism and basic respect was shocking. Needless to say, I will not be returning. If you value being treated with kindness and dignity, shop elsewhere. read more

Bellee, Valena and Madeline were incredible, enthusiasm, top notch helpers. I asked about their return policy and Bellee offered extra 20% off, final sale for their fashionable jacket. Of course, I accepted. I thought she was clevered and went beyond what I was expected. Beautiful clothing, jewelry, just about everything you can find for yourself or gifts. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed by the customer service at Francesca's on July 16th 2024 that I had to express my gratitude. Evanna, who initially assisted me, was incredibly helpful and attentive, managing her time effectively even though the store was busy. She placed my items in a fitting room while I looked around a little more. I don't quite remember the other employees name, she had blonde hair with bangs and glasses, but she joyfully helped me in the fitting rooms. Let me tell you, the team work these young ladies showed was impeccable. I felt very valued. Although I didn't make a purchase, I will definitely be returning. I do wish they had more extra small sizes though, they do seem to be lacking in this area. It's clear that management is doing an excellent job hiring and training their staff! read more

My girlfriend and I came into this store yesterday afternoon, 7/14/24, because she saw that they were having a sale. We were greeted right away. She looked around, browsed to see what they have, and what she could possibly try on. We noticed the workers were following her around/watching her every move. This place only has 3 dressing rooms and you have to get on a waiting list to get a room. At the time, my girlfriend was ready for 1, all 3 were taken. So she had to be added onto the list and wait. Now we were waiting for a while and we didn't have all day. So she told them Nevermind and we left the store. After we left the store, one of the workers came out to bring us back in because a room just opened up. Okay, fine. So we go back in so she can try the clothes she picked out. I noticed, while my girlfriend went into the room, the workers were whispering/talking behind my girlfriend's back. I couldn't hear what they were saying exactly but they were also giggling a little bit. And then they would talk louder if they were talking about something else. Now, yelp's lowest rating is 1 star, I would give 0 if I could. Anyways, after my girlfriend was done trying things on, we went to pay for the stuff she wanted. The total came out to be $174.47, just for 5 items. Personally, I thought that was too expensive, but I still paid anyway, because anything for my girlfriend, it made her happy, she loved the clothes and she said it made her look beautiful when she was trying it on. After we paid, we left the store and she felt very bad that I had to pay so much for her (and I tried to convince her that it's okay, as long as she loves it and wears it, she's good). But she just felt so bad and changed her mind. She wanted to return everything except for 1 item. She got embarrassed so I did the return for her. I went back into the store and apologized and told them we're going to return all except for 1 item. Now, this is where the bad customer services comes, the all fake smiley faces and nice tones of voices changed to annoyed/attitude faces and voices. I'm not sure what the other 2 ladies names are, but the lady that was helping me (the name on the receipt says Ivana). Ivana gave me attitude while doing the return. I've done a lot of returns for many places (for example, Nike, Adidas, Amazon, Uniqlo, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Macy's, Petco, TjMaxx, the list goes on) and I never get attitude like that. An employee/business should never give attitude or judge someone just because of a return. Also, I wanted to take the bag back to my girlfriend so she can put her 1 item in it, however Ivana gave me a firm no that I cannot take the bag, which is annoying because I still paid for 1 item. I do not recommend shopping here, especially if you're a person of color, whether you look like you have money or not, and my girlfriend noticed they don't carry a lot of plus sizes either. read more

There is an amazing group of ladies who work here. Not only are they all beautiful, but they are very helpful. I despise shopping, and they made it enjoyable by helping me pick out a lot of pieces. Now, I can say that I have a new wardrobe and strut my little bootie around confidently. I will only shop here from now on. This is such a cute little boutique! It was my first time shopping around in this store and I have to say, I was more drawn by their accessories and cute journals/ pens/ pencils (which I think it's weird that they'd sell these kinds of items in a clothing store) than their clothing. My cousin shopped here a few times and has purchased their pricey jewelry here. After we visited another store nearby, we found the same exact yellow necklace she wanted from here, but found at a different store for more than half the price cheaper! Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a clothing store. At the cashier I asked "Do you take contactless payment?" only to receive attitude "YOU aren't being clear. I can't understand YOU. YOU should have said Apple Pay. Don't YOU KNOW you can only pay with CASH or CARD? HOW ELSE can you pay?!" I'n not stupid. I can speak english. I was born in America. Guess what? I'm not using Apple Pay, Card, or Cash. I honestly didn't notice this place til mid last year when I was trying to shop for a dress to attend a wedding as a plus one. I just came in thinking it's probably like a forever 21 but turns out it isn't. They carry a wide selection of cute dresses in different designs and sizes. There is also always a sale going on. The past few times I been it they ran a 40% winter sweaters, then a 40-50% second items. On top of the wide selection of dresses, they have a lot of cute bags and accessories to go with the outfit. I found some really cute earrings to wear for my friend's wedding. They also have a lot of cute random items: cups, travel mugs, tiny jewelry dishes and plant shaped candles. A lot of small items that make perfect add on to gifts. If you are search for a dress for any special events. You should def pay this place a visit, you def find something useful. I had the worst experience!!! One of the assistance (worker) followed me around the store! She was wearing a jean dress with brown sandals (heels). She not only followed me she would stand near me! Even followed me to the dressing room, I stepped in to help my daughter. But she made me feel so uncomfortable and I felt discriminated for being Mexican. I wish I would have gotten her name. The dresses are cute but that workers was the worst never have I felt so discriminated. read more

I agree with Leenie. The staff are very helpful! I was doing a weekend getaway from Northern CA and decided to stop by here again. My purchase from Sat was only $40 and some change.. The accessories that I got were on sale and they had A LOT of clothing on sale, but I didn't really see anything that caught my eye. The sales associate (I didn't get her name) but she kept checking up on me to see if I needed help or if I had any questions. This is the 11th location of Francesca's that I've been to in CA. She is great at it! ********************* I LOVE this little boutique in the Santa Anita mall. Although items are pricey i can't stop returning to get more cute stuffs. Their clothes are unique, so you don't have to worry about bumping into someone at a party with the same outfit as you. As their website states, shopping at Francesca's is like finding a gem. One thing I love about Francesca's collection is their selection of gifts. You can always find something there for your girl friends or even male friends for their birthdays or house warming! They carry very unique items that are appropriate for anybody. Also, staffs are very helpful! I always ask for recommendations about their new arrivals and how to accessorize an outfit in the store. Its my third time to the store in the past 1 1/2 months and Francesca's never disappoint me at all. Staffs are amazing and super helpful. They'll ask what i need and keep giving me wonderful inputs aling with the dresses, jeans, tops, bottoms, anythinf that i need.. Prices may look a little higher - more like independent boutique prices, but they always have promos.. so no need to worry.. I normally spend around $120-180 for 6-10 items, not bad at all. I came here about 2 weeks ago and had a great experience inside the store. The staff member helping me was nice and patient and helped me pick out alot of cute stuff. They have a lot of cute clothes and accessories. Unfortunately, I have to knock them down to 2 stars due to the quality of their product. I bought a dress and paid $50 for it and by the second wear it ripped! And not a small rip, trust me. I had to take it to the tailor and while they were able to fix it they had to alter the length. I am very disappointed. If you're going to charge that much for something, it has to be of a certain degree of quality. Or you need to provide customers with a disclaimer if you feel that it's a piece that will require dry clean only. That way I can decide if I want to make that investment. I might buy something again but not before thoroughly examining what I'm buying. read more
