She even steamed and altered my qipao and helped us find a matching jacket for my fiancé. You can really tell how much care they put into what they do. Highly recommend if you are looking for a qipao and want to support a wonderful small - family business. **I recommend calling them first **

After browsing, I purchased two shirts from their store. I placed the H&M shirt on their counter while getting ready to pay for the two shirts. The Asian lady didn't ask me about it. Right after purchase and walking out, their alarm beeped again. She came running after me, screaming, assuming I stole something. She asked to check my bag and I showed her my bag with the receipt. Her response was "Oh, this is from H&M. The alarm beeped." And walked away. While I understand alarms need to be checked, the situation felt uncomfortable because of how it was handled, and there was no apology after the misunderstanding. I hope the staff can approach situations like this more calmly in the future.
