You do need to call them on their phone to make an appointment since it is at a different location than here. Definitely need to speak Chinese (I speak broken and conversational Mandarin) to communicate but still managed to get my beautiful qipao with tailor. Overall, highly recommend to friends and family who are looking for qipaos. Her qipaos also won Miss Chinatown a few times too so you know she's talented :-)
