The sharp edge of the fixture cut off part of his thumb, causing severe bleeding and intense pain. He cried uncontrollably, and we rushed him to La Verne Medical Urgent Care for treatment. I have attached photos taken after the wound was cleaned. Before treatment, there was heavy bleeding, which was very distressing for him and for us as parents. I am deeply shocked and disappointed that a major brand like Adidas would allow such hazardous store fixtures in a family-friendly environment. This unsafe design not only harmed my child but also poses a danger to other customers. My son has now suffered both physical injury and emotional trauma because of this preventable incident.

She listened to our needs and what we liked and didn't like based on the shoes we tried on and then gave more recommendations based on what we said. This place is so cool, there was no pressure to buy anything either which I appreciate and we were to try out everything we wanted to.
