I'm not sure why nobody gave this place a 5 STAR REVIEW ON YELP because I sure did get a 5 star EXPERIENCE. Me and my friends were at a Birthday Party at Chuck E. Cheese near by and she said let's go to BOOT BARN afterwards. I said "What the heck is a BOOT BARN?" SERVICE: A+ Excellent! We were greeted upon entry and invited to SPIN THE WHEEL! I got Note Pads and my friends got a lanyard and pen!! On the day that we went they were giving out TOTE BAGS and offered FREE ENGRAVING on the tote bags too. They also offered Hat decorations... I didn't even know this kind of place existed and apparently Temecula has a bunch of these boot barn! WESTERN is definitely the theme here!! I'm getting COWBOY and COWGIRL vibes!!!!Yeehaw!!!! I thought the RADIO was turned on but, as I walked to the center of the store I noticed 3 musicians playing LIVE! They were so good!! I mean they sounded like a radio station. It was flawless. I bet they are PROS! I should have asked for their band name... The CUSTOMERS and the STAFF were so friendly!!! Great VALUE! They have HATS and BOOTS in many shapes, sizes and color. I bought a HAT for about $40... RESTROOMS were all the way towards the back of the store and there's plenty of parking!!! GIDDY UP BOOT BARN!!! YEEHAW!!!!

Location is huge and selection is great. They seemed to have a lot of employees all willing to assist every aisle you walked through. They don't have any toddler items at this location though.

When is the Pasadena location opening? I now see a March date, but it had previously said February...

    It is now open.

It's been a while since I had this experience but today I was in Dick's and I saw Emily the cashier…read moreagain and I was reminded that I wanted to leave her a very positive review I needed to do an exchange because i bought girl socks and needed boy nike socks. But i misplaced the receipt and was unable to do the exchange for the correct item.. This was frustrating for me and i got upset but Emily went out of her way to ease my frustration with a 10$ credit towards the new purchase if the correct item and just gave overall great customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience shopping here on Father's Day…read more My son was using gift cards to purchase his birthday present and accidentally miscalculated his total after adding a $63 pack of football cards. When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if that item could be removed from the transaction. The cashier immediately responded, "I can't," and offered no explanation or attempt to help. A manager was called over and seemed visibly annoyed. We were told there were only two options: either void the entire transaction and wait approximately 20 minutes for the gift card funds to be restored, or pay the difference and then return the football cards afterward for store credit. Since there was no way I was spending an additional $63 on football cards, we chose to void the transaction and wait. We specifically discussed that it was Father's Day, that we needed to get to a family dinner, and that we would wait the required 20 minutes so my son could repurchase the correct items. The manager advised us to wait near the entrance or continue shopping. After the 20-minute wait, we spent another 15 minutes waiting for the same cashier to help us complete the purchase, only to discover that all of my son's items had been returned to the sales floor. We were then told, "You just left the items," despite the fact that we had clearly communicated our plan and followed the instructions we were given. What bothered me most was not the store policy itself, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to make a frustrating situation easier--especially for a child trying to use birthday gift cards. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The saddest part was that my son left the store in tears instead of excited about his birthday gifts. What should have been a fun experience became a frustrating and upsetting one due to poor communication and a lack of basic customer service.

Just like the Bargain Box and Huntington Collection, I can't call the Treasure Fair a thrift shop since it's not like a typical thrift shop, but more like second-hand boutique. You can tell that the volunteers take the time to highlight the quality of the available merchandise, especially the housewares and decor. It's very evident that all of the treasures for sale were meticulously cleaned and staged by the hardworking staff. There's also a pretty good selection of clothing for all ages. The Treasure Fair is a nonprofit managed by the Assistance League of Pasadena, and one of their worthy endeavors is Operation School Bell, which provides much needed clothing as well as school supplies such as backpacks and books to children in need in neighboring local schools. There's a very small parking lot but there should be plenty of street parking available if needed. Also, be aware that the store has limited hours since it's managed by volunteers. It's only open four days a week, Wednesdays thru Saturdays, from 11am to 2pm. Plan to check out The Treasure Fair to give much needed treasures a new. home.
