Wow! My first time there and Gabby was so professional and her customer service was so great. She exactly knows what I wanted. And helped me out by explaining step by step. They had the jacket ready in 4 5 minutes. She was so efficient and fast. You gained a customer.

Perfect! A 3 min phone call and two text messages later they sent a 2 potential options for what I wanted . I chose and headed to the mall . By the time I got there the sweatshirt was pressed and ready to go! I recommend Icustomize for all printing needs!

This is my third time coming to this location. I've done prints the other two times which came out GREAT, but I finally requested embroidery and it was worth every penny. The workers were honest and suggested to me the best placement and size for what I wanted. And everything came out perfect. I've done gifts for my dad, sister, and coworker here now, and every one of them loved the finished product. Customer service and quality here is absolutely top notch. Will definitely be coming back!

The position of the word was suppose to be higher than where it was placed. which I explained the rep where I wanted to word placed.

Worse investment i ever had done. It was placed in the wrong position I had asked to be placed as well as the letters/Threading does not look great at all. It looks like they were counting every single thread to be used. The finish product does not look filled in also the letters T & R they messed up and the letter T is off centered one side is shorter than the other and the letter R is tilting down. Is as if they just kept on going did not even try to fix it. For the prices I was charged was not worth it at ALL.!!!!

Bro 10/10 go there it's a little tricky to find but so worth it. The person here is super fast and accommodating please be nice to her she is trying her best . so proud of what we did today i could cry

Great service all around the owner helped me what to do if I wanted to set up my next t-shirt design and how the process works. The owner was nice and friendly to customers and as well great environment. Overall this was the best store I have gone too

Dont go to this place i tried to embroider a hat, machine wasnt working i went there when they told me to go the hat was supposed to be ready, the never called me and inform me that their machine wasn't working... its a waste of time. find a better and professional spot. i went there and left my hat, employee told me to go back in 2 days it wasn't a same day thing. hat wasn't ready cuz machine wasn't working so my hat was ruined. thank you. read more

I didn't want him to feel left out so I took a digital version of design on the senior shirt to I-customize. Gabby at the shop, was amazing!! She took the blurry image i provided and turned it into a masterpiece!! She kept working on the image , showing me the changes she was making to make sure I was happy with t the finished product. Checked out this place for some custom hoodies, and honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. The person at the counter acted like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions--rude, unhelpful, and barely paying attention. On top of that, the hoodies felt ridiculously cheap, like they'd fall apart after one wash. If you're looking for quality and good service, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I called the store and spoke to the owner then he immediately connected me with one of his staff member who is a designer, while speaking to them he(the owner) had a brilliant idea of the design and within an hour I received couple of examples of the design. I brought a very old UCLA Band jacket that was too stained and ruined to be cleaned (no dry cleaner…read morewas able to clean the many stains) to see if an exact jacket was available at this place. Other places quoted me 250 to 290 dollars. This place quoted me 190. They had the same jacket but no patches. So I had them remove the UCLA Band front patch (it is still in excellent condition) from the old jacket and put it in the new one, In addition, I had them install the 1994 Rose Parade musician patch (I marched in the parade with the Bruin band, and I was a member of the band from 1990 to 1994) on the new jacket. The result was professional. Excellent work and took just 4 days to be ready. It is exactly as the old jacket regarding color, texture, buttons, stripes on cuffs and neck, etc. Oh, and he did not charge me extra to install the patches. Another place quoted me 20 dollars for this. Excellent work and thank you so very much to give me back a piece of my UCLA band days.

I called one last place before I gave up 3m embroidery. Monica answered the phone and immediately she was super helpful. She extremely accommodating, not only she was able to complete it same day. She matched the exact font I needed embroidered, and she had an seamstress to alter and tailor the sleeves to fully complete the look I was wanting with everything at an inexpensive price. And she went above and beyond to have the flower shop next door. Hold my order for me to pick up because the shop would be closed by the time I arrived. Therefore I don't have to explain her dynamic customer service! Im overwhelmingly impressed, gracious and I highly recommend, im definitely a lifetime customer.
