Wow! My first time there and Gabby was so professional and her customer service was so great. She exactly knows what I wanted. And helped me out by explaining step by step. They had the jacket ready in 4 5 minutes. She was so efficient and fast. You gained a customer.

This is my third time coming to this location. I've done prints the other two times which came out GREAT, but I finally requested embroidery and it was worth every penny. The workers were honest and suggested to me the best placement and size for what I wanted. And everything came out perfect. I've done gifts for my dad, sister, and coworker here now, and every one of them loved the finished product. Customer service and quality here is absolutely top notch. Will definitely be coming back!

The position of the word was suppose to be higher than where it was placed. which I explained the rep where I wanted to word placed.

Worse investment i ever had done. It was placed in the wrong position I had asked to be placed as well as the letters/Threading does not look great at all. It looks like they were counting every single thread to be used. The finish product does not look filled in also the letters T & R they messed up and the letter T is off centered one side is shorter than the other and the letter R is tilting down. Is as if they just kept on going did not even try to fix it. For the prices I was charged was not worth it at ALL.!!!!

Bro 10/10 go there it's a little tricky to find but so worth it. The person here is super fast and accommodating please be nice to her she is trying her best . so proud of what we did today i could cry

Great service all around the owner helped me what to do if I wanted to set up my next t-shirt design and how the process works. The owner was nice and friendly to customers and as well great environment. Overall this was the best store I have gone too

Yeah! This store is really good for a unique iron on T-shirt. The gentleman who works there is very helpful and has huge variety of products for that special touch. If you don't se anything on the floor, he'll allow you to use their computer for find an image of your liking and then will send it through their awesome printer to be placed on the T-shirt or jacket of your choice. So pleased with this experience! My text messages/phone calls were answered promptly and professionally, and the in person customer service experience was just as good. For a single mom on a budget, I was happy to spend my dollar here on a quality shirt. Even when there were issues with my digital file, and I arrived late in the evening, the staff helped troubleshoot and created a solution to make sure I walked out of there with a shirt I could be proud of. After all the file issues they were having getting it to communicate with their software I was willing to accept defeat and not get my shirt printed. The gentleman helping me said "I want to make you this shirt. Let me try a couple other things because I want you to walk away happy". This was so above and beyond what was necessary and I appreciate customer service of this caliber and will definitely use their services again if I ever need custom shirts made again! Even though I rated 5 stars, there is one slight comment I need to make. I wish there was something in place for this business to give better overall information. I totally get that each item is individually priced and made just for the purchaser, meaning an exact price can't be quoted over the phone. But, at least in my experience, when I am trying to see if something is even feasible for me (or if the opposite is true and it's way out of my budget) I'd love there to be something they could send or show me as a pricing list. Perhaps you could take a photo of the pricing at the store and send that when you receive an inquiry? Even with that being said, the overall experience, value, and quality still merit the 5 stars given, as well as earned my repeat business if the need arises. read more

Went in to customize a tshirt in loving memory for my cousin. Gabby seemed annoyed the whole time, didn't really give me any input like I thought I'd get from someone who's in this business. Finally finish the design. Tells me come back tomorrow the guy will print an do the rest. I come back the guy has the design printed but tells me its gonna be to big to put together in the front, (something gabby should have told the day before ) he says that I have to change it an move my cousins picture somewhere else. I ask him if he can do it over so it can be done right? He says no. I'm paying them to customize it how I wanted, not right! Returns me my money, and acts like I'm the problem. Weird. Will never go back there. Won't recommend their service either. Waste of time! read more

Other places quoted me 250 to 290 dollars. This place quoted me 190. They had the same jacket but no patches. So I had them remove the UCLA Band front patch (it is still in excellent condition) from the old jacket and put it in the new one, In addition, I had them install the 1994 Rose Parade musician patch (I marched in the parade with the Bruin band, and I was a member of the band from 1990 to 1994) on the new jacket. The result was professional. Excellent work and took just 4 days to be ready. It is exactly as the old jacket regarding color, texture, buttons, stripes on cuffs and neck, etc. Oh, and he did not charge me extra to install the patches. Another place quoted me 20 dollars for this. Excellent work and thank you so very much to give me back a piece of my UCLA band days.

I had the BEST experience with iCustomize T-Shirt Printing at the Montebello Mall! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely stellar--friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. I came in with a last-minute project and wasn't sure if it would even be possible, but their team went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only did they listen carefully to what I wanted, they offered helpful suggestions to make the design even better, and the final product exceeded my expectations. I came here about 2 weeks ago, and I been constantly coming thru everytime now. The customization they do for my stickers and my custom hockey jersey is beyond satisfying.
