I'd be fine with the pricing if the job was done right, but it wasn't. Fabric is stretched, loose threads, and overall not a good job. Disappointed, I'd go to another spot if I could.

So I come back at 1pm and 2 of the hats are ok, could be better but this one literally looks like my 5 year old daughter's writing!! The guy doesn't bother to say anything about redoing my hat or anything. Oh he gave me a .50 cents discount for ruining my hat! ‍ Place is garbage just like my hat he ruined! This is a shop who cares about their customers and treats them as customers and not another dollar sign. I came here to get shirts done for my baby shower and Delmer was helpful and explained to me how the process works and he printed my shirts exactly like the picture I requested. The pricing he offered me was also incredible and a lot lower than other shops I had gone to. I loved working with Delmer and his crew, he made my shirts fast and beautiful and everyone at my baby shower wanted a shirt for themselves too! Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.

I contacted them via messaging and explained what I wanted done. Monica responded quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable. I explained I needed the items by Wed. 7/1/26. I was able to come in drop off the vest and the sample on Mon. 6/22/26. Monica contacted me on Wed. with a sample. Looked at the sample sent. It was great! By today 7/25/26, I was contacted by Monica that the vests were ready within fours days. The finish came out amazing. Looking forward to continue future business with 3M's.
