I brought a very old UCLA Band jacket that was too stained and ruined to be cleaned (no dry cleaner…read morewas able to clean the many stains) to see if an exact jacket was available at this place. Other places quoted me 250 to 290 dollars. This place quoted me 190. They had the same jacket but no patches. So I had them remove the UCLA Band front patch (it is still in excellent condition) from the old jacket and put it in the new one, In addition, I had them install the 1994 Rose Parade musician patch (I marched in the parade with the Bruin band, and I was a member of the band from 1990 to 1994) on the new jacket. The result was professional. Excellent work and took just 4 days to be ready. It is exactly as the old jacket regarding color, texture, buttons, stripes on cuffs and neck, etc. Oh, and he did not charge me extra to install the patches. Another place quoted me 20 dollars for this. Excellent work and thank you so very much to give me back a piece of my UCLA band days.

The most horrible screen printing company I have ever done business with in my entire life. Instead…read moreof addressing the issues and how they damage hundreds of dollars worth of my hoodies with their careless employees, they ask yelp to remove my review. So here it goes again, even better this time. I have been dealing with this company for over 4 years. They were pompous and arrogant the entire time I worked with them. They have no regard for their customers and they're only looking to make money. They have blatantly printed my stuff wrong multiple times, but I have worked with them and been patient with their printer for the sake of my business. I had an order of hoodies printed for some big celebrity clients, and they were the same hoodies I've been printing with them since 2020. I had other hoodies in the order, but this one in particular was the one that got damaged. In this industry men don't respect women at all, and they expect us to just do whatever they say and take whatever they give. The damage hoodies, I'm referring to were printed as a set of five. The print was blatantly wrong and crooked, completely not centered, and he was so rude about it. The ONLY printer in their company that knows how to print is so careless with everyone's order that you literally have to just hope and pray your order is done right. The owners of this company do not care about anything but money and they especially don't care about the employees. That's not an excuse to treat people poorly and take peoples hard earned money. The customer service is horrible, the attention of detail is horrible, these people are just money hungry, arrogant business owners. The people that run this company have no idea how to print anything and all they look for is mass orders of basic printing, so that they can get their money out of people and go onto the next client. They have no structure in their business and they are extremely rude to women. If you are a woman and you go in there, they expect you to be brainless, even when they're wrong about how to run their own machines. This experience with them over the past couple years has been a nightmare ever since they fired the actual people who actually cared about their customers and took the time to make sure the work was done correctly. In the middle of the pandemic, they fired so many hard workers and it was really sad. I am permanently disabled, and the discrimination that I have dealt with in this office has been nothing less than stressful while trying to recover from surgery and run my business. They don't even have an office anymore that clients can come in. I spoke to the sales person and he said that he was at home and that he couldn't tell me who the boss was-- which is a lie. When you go to drop off your orders the shop is dirty, there's paint everywhere, there's no organization. The work environment has not been good for a long time, but due to business needs, I made sacrifices and did whatever I could. I've referred this company to so many people and I regret doing so because they are horrible people.

Great job with my patches. Wish they did a discount for schools. But still great work.read more

I came with just a few ideas and they made it come to life. Even when I brought in a second sash to embroider they had no problem helping. Honestly some of the sweetest people and I love how it's family owned. When I picked up my sash they told me how proud they were of me and I genuinely felt it. So many people have asked me where I got my sash embroidered and I recommend them every time! Thank you so much for all your help

I called one last place before I gave up 3m embroidery. Monica answered the phone and immediately she was super helpful. She extremely accommodating, not only she was able to complete it same day. She matched the exact font I needed embroidered, and she had an seamstress to alter and tailor the sleeves to fully complete the look I was wanting with everything at an inexpensive price. And she went above and beyond to have the flower shop next door. Hold my order for me to pick up because the shop would be closed by the time I arrived. Therefore I don't have to explain her dynamic customer service! Im overwhelmingly impressed, gracious and I highly recommend, im definitely a lifetime customer.
