Don't place any type of orders in this shop they will leave u hanging dry with excuses and they seem to be so disorganized. I placed an order for ONE shirt for my sons school over a month ago was given a pick up date and the order wasn't ready,up to this date 8/14/17 still received another excuse. If the school requires more shirts to be printed or embroidered I'm going to notify them to release the logo to a more competent print shop. read more

Excellent Service, incredible pricing (they will beat or match competitors price), superb material and attention to detail. We use him for our Nimitz Magnet polo and t-shirts. We've used other companies to print our shirts but their product is by far unmatched. I will however say that this company is a "Yes Sir" type of company therefore accept any and every type of work... meaning that they do overbook themselves it if you are patient and provide them with enough time you will not regret choosing them as your main producer of your work. I made an 8 t-shirt printing order that read in loving memory of my brother that passed away, so on 6/3/17 I walked into this establishment placed order with Roxanne Delmars assistant, told her his memorial was on 6/12/17 she assured me they could do it. I then told Roxanne that I wanted all the lettering in old English and emailed the picture of my brother told her (1) shirt will say lil bro , (5) will say dad, (1) will say uncle (1), will be blank she said ok wrote it down on invoice I showed her the style font I wanted that my brother used overlaying a photo​ of himself she said email me that one two. So first mistake was they did layout of the wrong photo, second mistake the font was not old English it was a curseve one third mistake no lil bro , nor dad, nor uncle ,on the t-shirts. I called spoke to Roxanne over the phone of these errors, she said oh you wanted old English I said yes , told her of the wrong photo , and missing my brothers titles on each shirt , she then replied"oh you wanted old English" I replied I told on June 3 when I placed order she then said she'd inform the lady of mistakes and ask Delmar if he is going to add my brothers titles to shirt (lil bro,dad,uncle) on each shirt. Then couple days later I get another email and they had the correct photo but still same wrong style font, no lil bro,uncle,dad on the shirts again second time I called back spoke to Roxanne told her she said ok I will have her fix it. Now it's June 10th Saturday morning I get an email still two errors , 1st wrong font still they same font they put on in the beginning, 2nd my t-shirt said sister on it instead of bro. So I call Roxanne for the third time told her about these two errors she said ok I will have the lady fix them I told her this two days away from his memorial service what the hell. Roxanne noticed in my response I was upset and concerned so she said , I leave at 3:00 today and the lady working on the shirts comes at 12:00 noon so I will tell her , I then replied ok but I don't understand why she doesn't get the font style she has not fixed this since first layout Roxanne said I will call you before I leave today at 2:30 pm , I then said ok look it's down to these two errors just fix the font to old English and change sister to brother and print them out so I can pick them up today oh ok she repeated I will call you I then asked if they would be open tomorrow or Monday just in case she couldn't get then done Saturday she said yes .....we hung up. 2:30 comes no call back, I call and no answer , called back all day. Here comes Sunday I called, my daughter sent messages on Facebook , Instagram, no reply ,well they don't open, here it is Monday 6/12/17,my brothers memorial service 8:00 am called no answer went by closed 9:00 am no answer 9:30 no answer 10:00 am no answer drove by on my way to memorial service serivce that started at 10:00 am so I was late drive to there was 45min ,mind you. I was to give eulogy. What a devastating experience​ I went through then I had to explain to his children I didn't have their shirts. I cried so much I can't believe they did not call me back until I called them on. They are not integrebale nor reliable this day., which scared my memory of his memorial service. I had to retain an attorney to get my full refund and my T-shirts. read more

Don't place an order with them. Service is horrible and they lie. Went in to place an order because my daughters schools is affiliated with them. Order a sweater and 2 polos. They said in 2 wks they would be ready and they'd call. Two weeks, no call. I called. They said polos weren't ready but I can pick up sweater. Picked up sweater, and the young girl said they ordered the "wrong size" polo so she said it would arrive Tuesday I went on a Thursday. So Today Wednesday I go pick up Polos and lady said let me check if order is here cause they've been coming in section... uhmmm no! Young lady said it would be here Tuesday. It's Wednesday. Sure enough No Polo.... she said to wait ANOTHER WEEK!!! Lol! I asked for my Money back and has the nerve to say to come back for money TOMORROW, Lol! No I demanded money Today cause who knows if they'd have the money Tomorrow they might say One more Week. Horrible service!
