Otto was very quick to reply and easy to work with. He's extremely flexible with timing and was very accommodating to every single detail I asked. When we got the jerseys, we were satisfied with most of them, but I had concerns about a few. Otto agreed to look at them and "fix" them. He explained to me how sometimes the screen print might be a little bumpy because the surface of the jerseys were bumpy, but he'd apply more heat to fix my concerns anyways. I was probably being too particular but Otto obliged and helped me to be 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company for your screen printing needs.

I was able to come in drop off the vest and the sample on Mon. 6/22/26. Monica contacted me on Wed. with a sample. Looked at the sample sent. It was great! By today 7/25/26, I was contacted by Monica that the vests were ready within fours days. The finish came out amazing. Looking forward to continue future business with 3M's.
