Otto was very quick to reply and easy to work with. He's extremely flexible with timing and was very accommodating to every single detail I asked. When we got the jerseys, we were satisfied with most of them, but I had concerns about a few. Otto agreed to look at them and "fix" them. He explained to me how sometimes the screen print might be a little bumpy because the surface of the jerseys were bumpy, but he'd apply more heat to fix my concerns anyways. My transaction was fairly easy but I did notice that this location also has a self-checkout Amazon drop off. The staff is very attentive and patient! I noticed how they assisted customers with different type of drop offs that were time consuming. Save yourself time by making sure you have everything properly wrapped and labeled correctly. If you have an email with shipment instructions, make sure you have it handy. Don't be afraid to ask for help. And of course, ask for a receipt to show proof of shipment.
