I have never written a review before but this place is so good I felt the need to let them know how appreciative I am. It was a Friday morning and the following day was going to be opening day, a parent that had promised to do the banner canceled on me Friday morning. I immediately got on yelp and found Rapid-o- print. I gave them a call and spoke to Alex who told me he could try to help me but I would have to send him all the information right away. He was so kind over the phone and calmed my fear that I had. We spoke again later that morning and I thought everything was going great. It was around 530pm and I hadn't heard that the banner was ready to pick up so I called and another guy at Rapid-o-print told me "oh my gosh I thought you no longer wanted the banner because you never approved the email!" Needless to say I was panicking again! He asked for me to call Alex on his cellphone. As soon as I called Alex I apologized profusely for my mistake of not approving the design. He could have said, it's too late and I would have completely understood because he had already left work. Instead, he was more than kind and told me not to worry and that he would go back later that night or early Saturday to have the banner printed on time.
