When I picked up the shirts the next day, the owner was honest and told me that one of the prints was not straight. He offered to make me a new shirt, which I agreed to. After texting to follow up later, it seemed like the order had been forgotten. At that point I asked for a refund, and he agreed and told me I could stop by anytime. I went to the location, rang the bell several times, and no one came out. I texted again and asked if they could please Zelle me the refund since I had already made the trip, but I never received a response and never got my refund. Unfortunately, this experience ended with wasted time, money, and still no resolution.
