You know you're getting top notch customer service when the only guy in the whole place is sleeping on the couch. I said "Good morning" at increasingly louder volumes to try get his attention... no dice! A couple of times his eyes actually opened, but then he just flipped back over to another sleeping position where he could avoid me. He finally woke up looking incoherent and desperate for a cup of coffee and after I give him the order number, he starts asking me non-sensical questions like, "What word do you want translated?" Huh? "Where do you want stickers delivered?" What? I kept repeating, "I'm just here to pick up stickers." Finally he tells me, "When Lily get here you get your stickers." I said, "When's that?" The WiFi coverage is strong everywhere on the property NO dead spots at all. Everything was cleanly installed and works exactly as it should.
