Jose did my repair the day I brought the printer in, diagnosed the two problems I had and fixed them both that day, without the need for new parts. He is smart, friendly, conscientious and accommodating. He really wanted to do the best for me, and he did! Part of his diagnosis was a communication error with my WiFI network. He asked me to call once I had the printer set up at home to make sure it was now working. He was so happy that I did call to follow-up and was truly glad that everything was working well. This computer repair shop is located on the second floor of a strip mall. I brought my older Dell laptop because I was having battery issues. Vic took the time to check it out and quickly confirmed that the problem was indeed the battery. Instead of trying to upsell me on a repair, he was completely honest and told me that putting money into an older model might not be the best use of my money. He went above and beyond by suggesting newer laptop options that are comparable and available at better price points. On top of that, he even told me that if I did decide to replace the battery myself, I could email him and he'd let me know exactly what to buy and where to get it.
