This man walks on water. I accidentally deleted ALL of my business e-mails from the past (8) years! This included emptying the delete folder, (thinking I already had copies in my Outlook on my computer, I logged in to my webmail and wiped out everything to free up space in my Gmail a/c. I had no idea this would delete the e-mails in my Outlook as well). I was absolutely beside myself and ended up spending the whole next day in bed. On the third day, I was given Ben's number by a client of mine. In less than a week, Ben had recovered all of my deleted e-mails and uploaded them in to my Outlook. He was calm and positive the whole time which gave me hope. By the time he was done, I had a list of a couple of pesky things that I wanted him to look at - I was no longer able to save e-mails as pdf files and there was an error message that had been appearing in my Outlook for years. Hands down Ben is the best in town (and cutest!). I've contact other places but they either told me they couldn't do it or I need to spend a price of a new MacBook to change the logic board and screen out of pocket. Ben was very responsive and knowledgeable. Not just the unbeatable rate, he found out the real issue with my Mac (he told me it was the "flex gate" Apple MacBook had) that no others had noticed. He got me into one of the recall programs Apple did for these issues, cleaned my Mac and get it sent back to Apple. They ended up changed everything with a fraction of the price others quoted (including his service fee. And I've contacted at lease 6 other places). And the whole process only took him less than a week. I virtually ended up with a brand new MacBook Pro. I couldn't get this problem fixed without him, especially during a pandemic.
