I found Sam's IT Solutions on Yelp, and he is incredibly generous with his knowledge and tries to help clients to the best of his ability, even if it wouldn't generate a profit. Initially, I'd asked several months ago if I just replace my battery right away, as the Apple Store had claimed. But since I was still quite busy and needed my laptop to remain in commission, I asked Sam for his opinion, and he believed it would be all right for me to wait until I had time to do the replacement. A few months later, I reached out and was able to settle on the logistics and replacement. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Sam was quick to respond when my old PC got the dreaded white screen. I had to buy a new desktop, but couldn't get into my old one to transfer my stuff. WOW!!! I totally recommend this place for ANY tech needs! I needed a software and hardware upgrade. I my computer is old... Well actually was old until SAM himself fixed things!! I am so grateful to have found Sam to consult on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 printer issue. I have been grappling with my own work tech-support for days and spoke to another external tech company neither of which led me to anything productive other than suggesting, I throw out the printer and buy a new one. Which turns out to be rather expensive. After speaking with Sam for a brief few minutes, he suggested I remove the print head and soak it in a shallow puddle of water overnight and then wipe it clean to get the clear print images. I was skeptical because I had wiped the print had cleaned several times and never got a good result. But he was spot on. He knew exactly what I needed to do and it worked. I got sharp print quality images after doing exactly what he said. He also gave me a link to order a reasonable new print head if the cleaning technique didn't work. So I was fully informed and prepared for Plan B. I'll hang onto that pro tip for next time I have a similar problem. I couldn't be more grateful for his knowledge and helpful consulting.
