I remain more than abundantly satisfied with AJCC Tech under the leadership of Dustin Mullen. Dustin's knowledge, patience and expertise connected to IT services and computer repair/restoration stands out as a unique and major pillar in this field of business. I am currently dealing with the process of obtaining a new laptop. Dustin spent a good portion of yesterday (Monday, August 24, 2026) researching what my best options are to purchase a new computer. He had all the necessary information based on his review for me/us to make an educated decision from there. I have been collaborating with AJCC Tech and Dustin Mullen for over a half-dozen years and will continue to recommend his expert services to my professional colleagues and personal circles in the future. It is my clear observation that AJCC Tech continues to go from strength to strength by providing any and all IT and computer-related services in our community. A very valuable resource in my view... I highly recommend this business. Today, I brought in my Dell laptop and Dustin, the owner, quickly diagnosed and resolved a networking and connectivity issue. He makes house calls, and is a reliable and honest young gentleman. And his pricing is very reasonable. Coincidentally, Dustin/AJCCTECH is the same computer repair person my sister highly recommended! read more

AJCC Tech is excellent, whether working in-person at your office/home or remotely no matter where you are! We've been using their services both ways for over 20 years, and they're hands-down the best! They're very knowledgeable and always solve the problems and are friendly and considerate at the same time. You couldn't ask for more! read more

Highly recommending AJCC Tech. I very much appreciate that Dustin Mullen would respond to my laptop issue on a Sunday afternoon of all days! He quickly resolved the issue which was preventing me from getting anything accomplished on my laptop. Once again, Dustin saved the day! I am so happy to continue to recommend Dustin Mullen at AJCC Tech to anyone who has computer-related needs. The value he provides is always of a stellar quality... Peter read more

Dustin provided excellent service at a most reasonable price. Exceeded expectations on the repair.

My first experience with AJCCTECH was in 2018. 7 years later, it is still my go-to shop for computer builds (in my case, for scientific and research computing for a biotech startup) and repair needs of all sorts. Adam has since handed the company reins over to Dustin; what has not changed is the first-rate work, response time, and professionalism of this shop and its personnel. Thanks as always guys! read more

After a terrible experience with Geek Squad (learned my lesson!), and calling a few other places, I found this place on Yelp and also gave them a call to fix my broken laptop. Dustin almost immediately returned my call; he was so fast, I didn't even have a chance to text or email. He was extremely helpful, cordial, responsive, and knowledgeable about the issue, and he gave great advice and recommendations for repair. He truly went above and beyond to help, and his honest feedback and assessment were really appreciated as a fellow business owner; I can tell when a fellow owner truly cares about their work and clients/customers, and Dustin has this in spades. Look no further than this awesome place, and help support small business! read more

Had a pc problem where it won't post and boot and saw this on Yelp so decided to have them take a look at the store, turned out Dustin helped to figure out that it was the SSD malfunctioning and causing the computer to act strange. Didn't end up needing to fix anything beside unplugging the hard drive and decides to not charge me anything. Dustin is the GOAT. He was nice and enthusiastic about computers and explained the stuff he did to figure out the problem and definitely recommend coming here for computer issues. read more

Dustin Mullen of AJCCTECH has been helping me for many years. Whenever my computer mysteriously stops working, he will figure out how to fix the problem (remotely) and gets it up and running in a very short time. He is both knowledgeable and kind, and he helps me without making me feel like I'm at fault for the computer malfunctioning. I truly appreciate his professional expertise and can-do attitude. read more

AJCC Tech is my go to for all my computer needs. They are AMAZING!! My Dell laptop had a problem with the sound card and Dustin is so patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me countless times with this problem. I highly recommend AJCC Tech! read more

AJCCTECH is a truly special business. Dustin is not only extremely knowledgeable at what he does, he is also a pleasure to work with. His patience, exceptional communication skills, and wonderful attitude will definitely have me coming back. My first ever computer build would not boot-up and Dustin methodically went through each of the components and deduced that the new Intel processor was faulty. He was right! Put another one in and now my new computer is working perfectly. Much thanks to Dustin & AJCCTECH. I would recommend them 100%! read more

Dustin and AJCCTECH have been our only go-to guys for our computer needs. They are direct, helpful and keep us up to date on things needed. We always enjoy working with them. They are able to fix things in a timely manner. We are working with them on a new project and we know it will turn out great! Thanks AJCCTECH for everything! :) read more

Asked for assistance with a SSD, they denied me and suggested I buy a brand new drive instead and didn't even check to see if the drive I had was fine. Don't see them staying in business much longer. Avoid at all costs. read more

I highly recommend Dustin at AJCC Tech. My PC had been neglected, was increasingly difficult to start up and the hard drives seemed to be filling up, even though I had not been using it for a while. I asked Dustin to go through it and clean things up to get it healthy again. He spend a few hours on this, removed a bunch of problematic software that I had unnecessarily installed and helped me to get it working again. Dustin was super professional, communicated well, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Honestly, he reminds me of Leo Laporte (The Tech Guy) on 640 AM KFI. After this initial work, I also called him to help me trouble shoot a problem with my monitor . He was able to remote into my PC and quickly solve my problem and during the call, he also taught me a few things about troubleshooting issues like this by myself in the future. read more

Dustin's service was outstanding and the work he did was excellent. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I brought my old PC and laptop into the AJCCTECH office where he was able to retrieve all the data from both of them which was not easy because one of them was dying. He then transferred all that data to my new laptop and assisted me in setting up a seamless home work station. Dustin communicates well, answering questions thoroughly and honestly. He is prompt and organized and his fees are very fair. I'll definitely be returning! read more

Dustin works his magic again! I was having trouble receiving Gmail messages on my new iPhone, and after a year and a half since last reaching out to Dustin, I decided to text him, unsure if he'd remember me or even respond. Sure enough, within half an hour, I got a call from Dustin himself. Not only did he remember me, but we also quickly solved the issue together in just a few minutes. Having him on the phone was incredibly reassuring, and I knew we'd find a solution. Once everything was resolved, we ended up chatting about life, family, finances, and future plans. I really like Dustin and hope you will too. Give him a chance--you'll be glad you did! read more

Wish I could give AJCCTECH 10 STARS! Adam and Dustin... thank you!! I'm a graphic designer and my Laptop is EXTREMELY important for what I do. A few days ago, my computer acted as if it was stuck at the login screen and wasn't able to restart or turn off. I did a forced restart and it was slow and just acted stuck. I waited a day too long to finally hire a Professional to undo the problem so I could get back to working. That's when I found AJCCTECH. I CALLED THEM (1st day) - 1 minute after I called them I was sold. Such patience and friendliness. - They allowed me to explain the problem over the phone (to the best of my ability). - I dropped off my computer around 2:00 pm (same day I called) - My computer was ready NEXT DAY by 9:00 am. NEXT DAY At pick up, I was blown away by their service, friendliness and how fast they work that I had to ask what other services they offered, after the long list I had so many computer, email and internet questions. They pointed me in the right direction to my email issues and to what to look for when buying my next Laptop since mine is 6 years old and did not try to sell or make me buy anything. Due to my profession, I will always own and use a computer, that means I'm a customer for life! Thank you guys!! read more

My husband came to the shop to fix his company computers-- they came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! They were able to fix the problem quickly, effectively and for a reasonable price. We'll definitely be coming here again! read more

Can't say enough good things about Dustin and AJCCTECH. Had a problem with my PC that I was not able to fix myself all weekend. Dustin had it ready for me in less than 24 hours, and now I am running back at full strength. Knowledgeable, responsive, and the pricing was more than fair. Will be going here from now on. Recommend 100%. read more

I tried contacting my original computer guy who seems to have disappeared. I did a Google search and found AJCCTECH. I called and spoke with Adam who was very friendly over the phone. I took my computer ( Not turning on ) in within the hour, and was in and out with my computer fixed in about 14 minutes! I had expected to drop it off and come back later. It would have been sooner but I was so comfortable talking with Alex Judis the President / CTO, and Dustin Mullen the Managing Member / Enterprise Svcs that I was in no real hurry to leave. Adam is very professional and knowledgeable. He was upfront and the price was reasonable. Both Adam and Dustin seem to be a pair that can handle any computer problems. I'm glad I found them and you will be too!! read more

I literally cannot say enough good things about AJCCTECH, Dustin, and Adam. My husband and I find them to be highly responsive, clear and detailed in their communications, and very personable. They have been out to the house twice taking care of unique problems which were both resolved. I appreciate their professionalism and concern. Yesterday, Dustin helped install a booster and brought with him all the items we would need to do the install because there were issues. All was good when he left but he checked in with us today to make sure it was still good. He and Adam definitely go the extra mile. If you need help we highly recommend AJCCTECH! read more

Got my sata cable here. Excellent customer service. If you need to fix your computer fast this is the best place to go

Adam and Dustin run the best computer service in the entire Pasadena area. I can confidently say this after my first experience with AJCCTECH as a lifelong LA native. They built my custom pc flawlessly and with incredible customer service as well. I couldn't recommend their services enough, the customer experience here compared to similar businesses in the area was like night and day in the best possible way. read more

I rarely leave reviews on somewhere/someone that I didn't go to (except mean ones) but this is quite the exception. Needed to get my kid's Chromebook fixed because of course a 14 year old broke it after less than a year. Adam couldn't help me but not only did he go out of his way by finding me a few places that may, he also got their phone numbers for me too. When I asked him a question about another computer I had, he gave me even more info. I've had more help (and with such a great attitude and personality) with this company that I didn't end up using than with some companies that I did use. I would 100% recommend this company because I trust them. Trust in a company and people is key. Thanks Adam!!! read more

Adam is the absolute best. Truly don't waste time searching for computer/IT support. AJCCTECH is the place. So my wife's 3 year old Lenovo laptop died. Adam spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me initially just getting full understanding of the situation. He was so informative but also honest that it could be a motherboard issue and not fixable. Well sadly it was a motherboard issue,, however Adam was able to recover all the data off the drive and gave my, not tech savvy, wife fantastic information regarding his professional recommendation on a new computer. Just amazed with the level of professional and friendly service this place provides. Thank you Adam!! read more

This is ABSOLUTELY the most tremendous electronic store in the San Gabriel Valley. I highly recommend this place as it had the specific AC adapter cord I could not find anywhere else. Did not even have to go online to purchase. Dustin, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, honest, nice, hardworking, and has expedient customer advice. Please support this local small business so Dustin can assist the community and continue what he loves to do. read more

After trying all day to complete a hard drive transfer in my laptop, I decided to take it to someone who knows what they're doing. It was the end of the day but Dustin and Adam were able to solve my problem and get things working for me. I definitely will come back. read more

I called AJCCTECH after spilling tea onto my laptop keyboard and spoke with Dustin who helped me problem solve and evaluate the extent of damage and probability of repair. In that this was a back-up older Lenovo Dustin honestly advised it was unlikely to be worth the attempt to repair. He took the time to listen to me, understand what i needed in back-up equipment and without hesitation spent as long as necessary to help me truly understand my options. Though this did not result in a fee for his service, he did not hesitate to give me service that I could not have anticipated or expected. I have used them before, years ago and I'm delighted to say their service and expertise has only improved. These are honest, reliable and well-informed technicians willing to provide exceptional service. read more

Adam definitely knows what he's talking about. I called in for a very difficult problem that nobody on Superuser/LTT forums/etc has been able to give me a solution for, and was doubtful that random computer repair shops would know how to solve it. So I called Adam and explained my situation to pick his brain (downstream throughput issues with a specific desktop). He gave me a possible solution that I might try later, but you can tell he isn't giving you any BS because he ran through all the steps other people have told me to go through, and he didn't make things up. I didn't end up getting any service from him because we couldn't figure out anything we can do about my system, but in one call he has shown that he cares about the client and will do a good job in diagnosing and approaching the problem. Would recommend giving him a try if you want a trustworthy repair spot! read more

Brought a dead 2016 Dell desktop computer. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part I needed in 24 hours, and the actual cost was less than their estimate. Highly recommended. read more

I hope that after reading this review i can convince you that Adam and his crew at AJCC are THE BEST in computer/technical support . For the last 10 years with unsurpassed reliability ( I say unsurpassed because i have not had the need to look anywhere else). They have help me with my computer problems and have always delivered good service. I trust their recommendations and their skills as they have proven their quality of work time and time again. I was just there this passed Monday to have the power source to my computer replaced. I called that morning, I took in my computer in and Adam was able to get it going while I was waiting. In less than an hour my computer was back on! I Highly recommend AJCC. read more

I've nothing but good things to say about Adam, my new favorite "computer guy". The issue with my custom-built PC was when the power was switched on, the system would flash on for one second then shut off immediately. I tried testing the power switch pins on the motherboard, but it seemed as if the pins were fine. I didn't know where to go next so I brought it in for Adam to take a look at it. Adam made quick work with my PC to diagnose it for $29 (cheapest diagnosis price compared to other computer places) and came to a solution the same day! He determined that I needed to replace the power supply. I agreed to have him replace it and keep me posted. Unfortunately, when the new power supply was installed, the video card in my PC died. He has plenty of experience with computers and has never seen anything like this case. He thought it could've been due to faulty wires or my previous power supply not providing enough wattage for the video card. Regardless, he couldn't point the finger as to what was at fault for the card dying so he offered to replace the video card at no extra cost. Adam is an incredibly honest and knowledgeable guy when it comes to computers. He didn't just leave me with a computer that still didn't work and did everything he could to make the situation right. I am greatly appreciative of his kindness and quick work. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone in the area for all their computer needs. Thank you, AJCCTECH! read more

These guys are GREAT!!! Dustin has helped me untangle a mess that another tech had made with my brand new HP computer for my business. He was patient with me and sure knows what he's doing. He's thorough, making sure there'd be no more problems running my accounting and word processing software. He made good recommendations for free updated virus and protection software. Once when I couldn't get the internet to work, Adam (the owner of the business) was available to help walk me through it over the phone. He was polite and helpful, and got me up and running in no time. Dustin also helped me get a brand new Lenovo computer at home running and made sure it was working perfectly before he left. Both these gentlemen are polite, knowledgeable and patient. Their prices are decent, and they answer their phones right away, which is a Godsend when you're panicking about a computer that's on the fritz. I gave this place a call the other day to see if they had a replacement charger for my laptop, as I seem to have misplaced the original one. After a few quick moments, at trying to explain the charger to the gentleman who answered the phone he told me exactly what I needed... And unfortunately that they were out of it, as he had gone through the last one recently. He then proceeded to give me the contact information for two other local computer repair, supply, and accessory stores that may of had the part I needed. Apart from being knowledgable he clearly was intent on customer satisfaction, or at least to be of help. I appreciate it.. Ultimately I chose to be patient/lazy and order one online. They offer repair and IT services, as well as part and replacement.. I'll be sure to slide by if I ever need their services. read more

My somewhat new and much-loved Lenovo Yoga laptop crashed suddenly (or so I thought) and I went to AJCCTECH for emergency service, fearing an expensive repair or worse, a total loss. I left relieved and grateful, especially since they didn't charge me for the visit. They are consummate professionals and nice guys too. read more
