I was in dire need of help to get files off of a SATA drive. I called and the owner was very helpful. When I arrived he even assisted me with how to use the device. I will definitely go back here for all my computer needs. read more

I was honestly dreading taking my laptop to another location and them tell me it's not fixable or it's like $600 to fix. This was really close to my work and convenient to get to LOL the guys are always in a great mood and know their stuff. I dropped off my laptop at about 1:30 and got it back the same day at around 4:00! They fixed the problem and at an amazing deal! this is a place that provides you the best work, at affordable prices and doesn't try to haggle you to buy products you don't need. They have convenient parking and know their stuff. Did I say this place is awesome?! read more

I have been using AJCC Tech for several years now. I have always felt very comfortable with them. The staff is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. No question is too dumb for them from a very minor problem to a major one. They will never make you fell inept. Most of my dealings have been with Adam and the only problem he was unable to resolve actually did not exist. He is punctual, quick and knows his stuff. He has never tried to sell me anything that was not needed. AJCC's pricing is competitive and you really get your money's worth and then some. I have used other computer services before but none have compared. Howard E. Mattern read more

This is an excellent computer company ~ Adam is knowledgeable and seems able to fix anything with the computer ~ always on time ~ never in a hurry ~ answers all my questions whether on the phone or in person. I would highly recommend this company for all your computer repairs. Their rates seem reasonable and they do not try to rip you off by requiring you to pay a high deposit up front like some other companies. They make house calls which is very convenient. read more

My laptop suddenly wouldn't download anything. I tried doing everything I knew to fix it but I couldn't. I had a deadline to meet and called AJCCtech. I've taken my computers to them several times before. I was anxious to get it working as I had to have something ready for the next day. They called me right back, and they checked it over the secure app but it was beyond that. But they told me to bring it into the store right away. The guys stayed late to fix it and get it back to me that evening! Dustin took the time to explain all what had been done and to make sure all my questions were answered. They have always given me great service but they went above and beyond this time, and I made my deadline in time thanks to them! It's great to do business with people that you trust and that you know have your back. A good company based on customer service and expertise. I know I can count on them. read more

This place deserves its "straight A's". They are very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Adam will offer bits of free advice for working with your system. They won't bloat up the labor involved to get more of your money. If you have computers, then an honest computer shop is as valuable to find as an honest auto mechanic. I recommend this shop without hesitation. read more

I have used AJCCtech for years!... Adam is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional and personable. He has been my sole source for my home computer needs. I use a secure remote app which allows him to access my computer to make repairs and help me with computer problems from his office. He makes himself available should you have an emergency problem. These guys are exceptional. My Internet Explorer browser had been hijacked by by some outside application. I went to two other repair places - one chain store and one local. Both places charged me - neither one fixed the problem, and the local guy said after having the machine for a week, "I hate Microsoft. Take your machine and get out." AJCCTECH fixed the machine in 10 minutes, and didn't even charge me. They said it was a simple item. I recommend Dustin and Adam wholeheartedly. read more

I don't usually write reviews and this will compell me if I don't. Ajcctech gets the work done! Adam and Dustin are not only most reliable but the most "down-to-earth" people to easily connect with. If they find a problem that is new to them, they will do everything they can to learn about it and fix the problem right away! Once they help resolve the issues, they would check up to see if your pc/laptop is still in working condition without paying anymore than you have. They would also share their knowledge by explaining and teaching the details of pc universe whether it be about software and hardware programs. Lastly, Dustin and Adam will work with you around prices depending on the situation. AJCCtech earns my trust and so should you! read more

Contacted AJCCTECH via Yelp messages to see if they could create a bootable USB thumb drive with Windows 10 installation media for a "new" build on an older mother board. Adam wrote back with a few clarifying questions, and made and tested the boot drive for me to pick up ASAP! Ended nearly 2 weeks of frustration creating my own on the only other computer I have at home - wife's Macbook Air. Previous to Adam, I tried the Geek Squad (avoid at all cost!!) and other local computer repair shops who didn't really take the time to understand what I wanted/needed and unsurprisingly quoted a ton of $$$$ for a simple USB boot disk. USB boot thumb drive worked like a charm! Thanks, Adam and AJCCTECH! read more

The DVD player on my computer wouldn't play my DVDs so I called this business among others. Adam told me over the phone what the possible causes of the problem are and gave an approximate price for each scenario. The typical business would rather say "I won't be able to tell you unless I see it". When I got there Adam found out that the problem was something simple, so he fixed it in two minutes and he did not charge me. Also, he ridded my computer of the dust with his blowing machine. read more

I am such a busy physician In Pasadena and so thankful to have AJCC tech in my life . They are such a great company and never fail to come to my rescue at once : efficient and effective : Adam and Dustin are so friendly and kind too . I always recommend them to my colleagues read more

Looking to repair my laptop keyboard, I messaged different businesses on Yelp. Adam replied very quickly and gave me a very reasonable price and said he could get the part within a few days. I asked him to order the part and once it had arrived, he gave me a call to bring in my laptop. This was very convenient because other businesses were asking me to bring in the laptop so they could examine it for a few hours and then order the part. I just don't have the time to do that because of my busy schedule, so having Adam order the parts without bringing my laptop in was one of the main reasons why I went to him. Once I brought my laptop in for repair, he only took an hour to repair it, which was no problem at all because I ran all my errands during that time. Now, my keyboard is fixed and I can resume my duties. I am also appreciative that he cleaned my laptop afterwards since it was pretty dirty prior to the repair. As for Adam's character, he is an honest and kind business man. He has no intention to squeeze every penny out of you. The bottom shell of my laptop has been broken for a while, so I asked Adam how much it would cost to repair as well. After he provided me an estimate, he was honest and told me it probably wasn't worth it because I have other things wrong with my computer (i.e. broken USB ports). He told me it would be in my best interest to use this laptop until I get a new one in 2018 (which I intended to do) since the cosmetic wear would not do anything to my laptop's functionality. I had a good discussion with him regarding which laptop brands to look into and he was able to answer my questions regarding computer terminology. I saved his number to my contact list because he told me to message him any time I have questions and when I start looking for a new laptop to buy. Also, he took the time to get to know me as an individual. We discussed what kind of law I'm interested in pursuing and a whole lot of other things. If that isn't great customer service and genuine kindness, then I don't know what is. I highly recommend others to get their computers repaired here, as I will be coming back whenever I have computer-related problems. read more

These guys are the best. They are very honest and trustworthy and will tell you the truth. They will give you good advice and will help fix your computer, laptop, phone, whatever device you have. I went in with a dead laptop and an old desktop. They confirmed the laptop was dead, too old, and beyond fixing. They looked at and dusted off the desktop and smiled. We decided to just save it as a bookend or paperweight on my home office desk. They could have spent some time and charged me money, but what I needed was gone. Instead, they spent time with me and helped me decide what to do next and what I'd need in a new computer. Oh, BTW, my computer and laptop were from about 2000 or 2001, so I was due for an upgrade; right? Trust me, you can trust this company. Thank you both for your time and advice. I recommend you to a friend who possibly needs computer help and I will remember you whenever I have a need in the future read more

Met Adam a few months ago and he was kind from the getgo. It was simple 2 minutes fix so he said no charge, took me back 30 years ago when that's how customer service was. As soon as I had an opportunity to work with AJCCTECH I was back and glad I took the 90 minute drive to them from my office. Superb service and quality work at a fair price! Thanks team AJCCTECH! My husband has been using this company for his business for a quite awhile. When I needed a new laptop he contacted them. They were able to get me exactly what I needed and set it all up. I am not a big computer person. I was able to get my questions and problems handled quickly and with great satisfaction. I can call, give them a code and they access my computer to fix or show me how to do things. I don't have to physically take my computer to them. Highly recommend these guys! They know their stuff and will save you time and money! Thanks. read more

Adam, the computer guy always goes 'way' beyond the call of duty, in other words he delivers more than he charges. He's very thorough and conscientious and prides himself in doing great work. I can't believe how helpful these guys were! I had an old HP tower, which finally gave out. When I told them I needed something inexpensive, they sold me some used equipment very cheaply. I'm up and running again, & couldn't be happier. Adam patiently loaded up the disc drive from my old drive, & even downloaded some programs I needed. He ordered a new AC adapter for the laptop I picked up, and offered to burn a disc for my printer. I haven't seen service like this in a long time, & I'll certainly let everybody know about them. It's definitely worth noting that there were no extra charges, and they did not charge me for looking at my old computer. Anybody needing help can trust Adam (and Dustin) to take care of them in their computer hour of need. You can't beat that! read more

I have been using AJCCTech as my "go to" computer consultants since 2009. They have repaired my computer equipment, cleared virus infestations, and resolved network issues efficiently and at a reasonable price. I have bought used computers from them that provided years of flawless service. I recently bought a brand new Dell system and before I even plugged it in, I brought it to AJCCTech to have them strip out all the junk software and do a hardware upgrade. They always have time to respond to your questions with understandable answers. They provide unique solutions to your specific needs and won't force you into a generic solution. I recommend them without reservation. read more

These technical geniuses are the best in their field! I have had their help for over ten years and they have always solved my computer problems. I just can't give enough praise or say enough good about Adam and Dustin. They are miracle workers! I can't imagine a better experience than the one I had with Adam. I really appreciated that he was very flexible as we figured out whether it was best for my schedule to meet him at my place or for me to go to his shop. It was most convenient for me to go there, so he waited in the office after closing while I sat in traffic coming from work. He was friendly and professional, diagnosed my problem quickly and expertly, and I was back home with a working computer in no time. I thought my hard drive had died -- turned out it was only my video card. I would never have figured that out on my own. He took out the dead card and got everything ready to go for me (including drivers and making sure everything was in working order). He patiently answered a zillion questions, offered tips and options but didn't try to sell me anything or find any problems I wasn't having. Awesome experience. Highest recommendation. read more
