I've gone to Sam's twice now, once to help restore a laptop and the other time for external hard drive issues. Sam quickly resolved my laptop issue and his price was fair. With the hard drive, he gave me a number of things I could try myself. That really meant a lot. He's honest and doesn't take advantage of people. I'll be back again for sure. read more

Called in the afternoon for a potential hardware issue on my work computer, was able to get back to work within a few hours. Highly highly satisfied! Sam came through for a house call, saw the issue at my desk and was highly knowledgeable and effective. Answered any questions I had, made the process understandable, gave me good tips to move forward with and even fixed some mistakes i hadn't noticed in my pc build. Sam is an absolute gem! Contacted him with issues regarding my newly built PC and he was very quick to reach out to help. He knew all the right questions to ask and all the possible issues I could've run into, along with what I had to do to next. My home burnt down by Eaton Fire and was desperate to set up my desktop but all the fans stopped working after move and some cranking sound. They were dusty and my friend vacuumed it. After restarting, the fans do not work. And I was worried about overheating that can fry the CPU. Sam picked up my call immediately and was caring about my tech issue like a friend. He immediately on the phone made sure i downloaded a software and the CPU temperature was fine. After he came to my location very shortly, he resolved the issue and vacuumed more and did not charge me. I am extremely touched by both his professionalism like my issue is his issue, as well as he seemed to care for the community and a very honest heart-based business. Good sincere businesses , especially the entrepreneurial and mom & pop shops in our community needs our support! Highly recommend Sam's service!! read more

He came over to my residence super quickly (on a weekend!) and took time diagnosing and replacing each part with care. My PC ended up being toast, however he set me up with recommendations for a new PC and other tips at no cost! Very very grateful for his service and guidance, Sam is a super awesome and smart guy. Have used Sam a couple of times - always very responsive and knowledgeable. Most recently he helped me with a problem with gmail on my appple computer - over the phone so I did not have to make a trip or the incur the expense. Very highly recommended read more

I highly recommend service. I took my laptop for repair. Sam spoke to me and let me know that my laptop was beyond repair. That it will be much better to invest in a new one than have this one fixed. I was surprised by the ethical way of doing business. In addition to this we make a few more suggestions. The cherry on the pie was that for his diagnosis was no charge. Thank you Sam great professional service. read more

Fast turnaround, good work, fair prices, and above all, honest. My 2019 MacBook Pro crashed. I gave it to Sam, he cleaned the insides, but still couldn't get it to work, so he didn't charge me even though he did clean it. Not even a diagnostic fee. My wife works near his office and has the identical computer, which is still working, so I asked Sam to clean her MacBook Pro too, hoping it'll last a few more years. Even though he was really busy, he fit us in next day with one day turnaround. Greatly appreciated. read more

There are not adequate words to profess my gratitude for Sam. He could have 1000 5 star reviews and it wouldn't do justice. He has helped me not once, but twice within the span of a few months. The first time, he not only responded within minutes, then squeezed me in right away for a house call, but recouped ALL data from my destroyed laptop, AND assisted me in finding the best affordable option to purchase for my needs. A few months later, when my toddler cat hurled the water cup across the new one, he supported me over and over with questions on next steps within minutes, each time at no charge, as my computer was beyond repair. Sam is not only brilliant at what he does, he's also a consummate professional, who goes above and beyond out of pure generosity. I am beyond grateful. read more

This was one of the best IT services I have ever received in my life. I HIGHLY recommend Sam's IT solutions for all your future IT services needs. I had a laptop overheating issues with my gaming laptop that persisted over a year, and I gave Sam's IT solutions a ring to get it fixed after none of the "reddit" / vlog / youtube solutions worked out. He was very quick to diagnose my laptop over the phone, asked me to run diagnostic test, and provided a quick solution - all within an hour! I was also surprised that he offered this solution all free of charge, to which I was pleasantly surprised as I was fully ready to pay as long as the solution worked. I very much appreciated prompt solutioning and his kindness to void any charges for this (but please do not expect to be a norm - maybe my problem was simple to not warrant an in-person visit and every situation maybe different). I will only go to Sam's IT solutions for all my needs from now on, and there is a reason why it has near 5.0 from 400+ customers! read more

I found this business on Google Maps and was thinking of bringing my PC in, so I called ahead to ask about what sort of pricing I can expect. When I started answering his question about what the problem with the computer was (it began freezing on boot-up as soon as the newest windows 10 update had installed), he asked me whether the computer was air-cooled or liquid-cooled. When I said air-cooled, he started talking about how the problem was definitely the computer overheating, and that he would send me an amazon link to buy a liquid cooling system. I said no, I'm not interested in updating to a liquid cooling system, and the problem is definitely software because it happened immediately after an update. He said that was fine, but that they usually only work with liquid-cooled systems because of the overheating problems with air. That's when I cut him off, said if that's the case then I'll just take my PC elsewhere, and ended the call. What the actual heck? Air-cooled PCs are far more prevalent than liquid-cooled ones, and they say they only work with liquid-cooled? And he's acting like he's already diagnosed my PC without even taking a look at it first or asking very many questions at all? By the way, I was mistaken about this particular PC's cooling system, which is indeed liquid cooled. Guy on the phone was so certain of his remote diagnosis and already telling me to spend a bunch of money on parts. No thanks. read more
