They were very responsive to messages and very informative. They did the work quickly (had our lap top back the same day) and everything looks great. They charged less than other companies who had given me a quote. I would definitely recommend Sam's IT Solutions! read more

During his time with me, he explained the various options I could employ to make my life easier. He displays integrity that is rare and valued. read more

Absolutely loved Sam! He was super polite from his first message to the last, and incredibly patient and kind. He even gave us some advice on how to fix our computer issue over the phone to avoid a home visit. We weren't able to fix the problem so we had him come over anyway, and he was as polite and kind as he was on the phone. All in all, he was very much unlike any other IT experience I've had in the office and outside of the office! And his is a family owned business, to boot. Highly recommend! read more

This is no exaggeration but my labtop took a hit while on Tour and I reached out to a friend who knew someone who could fix it and put me in touch with Sam. We spoke over the phone and he knew this issue right away. Sent me the link of what would fixed and set up an appointment. To make things better he pick ups and delivers and fixed the issue in less than 5hrs. Hes a gem and one of the best well kept secrets but I will be telling all me peers he's the guy for all fixes computer related. Thank you 1000000 times Sam. You saved my computer and works. read more

Sam's IT service is excellent. I had a number of issues, and he came to my house and fixed everything in about 20 minutes! Sam is gracious, intelligent, and very professional. I highly recommend him, and give him five stars. Working with him is a wonderful experience. RM (Pasadena) read more

The service was very good, and I would definitely come back if I had any other Pc issues.

They were SO very helpful! He provided a timely reply, gave me very helpful feedback and was focused on finding a workable and cost saving solution. read more

Sam was a lifesaver! I bought a new laptop at Best Buy and instead of helping me transfer files and set up on the spot, they told me I had to leave both my old and new computer with them for 7-10 days. Impossible to be without a computer for work for that long! I called Sam's IT Solutions based on the amazing reviews his company gets. Deservedly so. Sam came to my house quickly, and got everything set up quickly. He is clearly very bright and really tried to help customize my computer set up to my preferences. He was patient and answered questions and explained things. He is also extraordinarily polite and nice. His pricing was also reasonable. Definitely recommend! read more

Sam is incredibly responsive even though I have only called him for the first time tonight in desperation because of a broken laptop keyboard key. He helped me get a quick solution and even went over and above and checked to see if my mfr warranty might cover the repair (and it does)! I will be using Sam for all of my computer/IT needs going forward. I'm blown away by his friendly, helpful and amazing service! read more

Dropped off my laptop Friday morning, got an immediate response from Sam outlining needed repairs and had the laptop delivered to me at home by noon on Saturday! Sam had everything set up for me to access all my files (my laptop had literally died) and his charges were very reasonable. I was ready to recycle this machine but now it has new life. Highly recommend Sam. read more

My home office PC was freezing and I was stuck, so I called Sam and not only did he answer immediately, but he came to my house within a couple of hours - on a Sunday. He fixed the problem and was a pleasure to work with. Despite the immediate response on a weekend, his rates were extremely reasonable. I was able to get right back to work. Thank you, Sam! read more

If I can give Sam 10 stars, I would. I have a MacBook Air with a display that went bad. I wasn't sure it was worth it to fix the computer since it's 2.5 years old. Sam was able to diagnose the problem quickly, asked me to order the parts online (based on his recommendation). Once the part arrived, he was able to fix the problem within a few hours, while keeping me informed during the entire process. At a very reasonable price to boot. So I would strongly recommend Sam's for your computer problems!! read more

I had reached out to a few repair shops in the area to no success until I landed at Sam's store. Not only was he very friendly, he quickly diagnosed my problem (that had plagued by computer for months) and offered a couple of effective solutions. Not only did he quickly fix the issue, he didn't even ask for payment on this. He mentioned that it only took a phone call to fix so I didn't owe him anything. Sam runs a polished shop with integrity, and I highly recommend reaching out for his services on any of your tech/hardware issues. read more

I haven't used Sam's repair as yet, but had an awful experience with a local merchant I took my old Dell laptop to, for a new battery. They LOST my power adaptor cord, and it even had my colorful home address label on it! Sam was wonderfully patient and understanding when we spoke, as I explained my issues with the other store. I'm still waiting for them to locate my power adaptor. What good is a laptop (OR a new battery), if ya can't charge it?? The 'replacement' adaptor they sent me home with isn't charging my laptop. Whadda mess! If they can't find MY cord, I'm forced to buy a new one from Dell (for around $65). I will NEVER return to that other merchant, and will use Sam's IT Solutions in the future for any of my computer or phone needs! read more

Simply amazing. I did a little google diagnosis for my laptop prior to calling Sam to see what he would say and before I could finish describing my issue, he said it. (which was the same as what I thought it would be). My LCD backlight burned out. I initially thought I was having OS system issues with my laptop. Glad it was just a simple hardware fix. Sam told me what parts to order for my work laptop and fixed it within a day of me bringing everything over. He also returned the old screen bubble wrapped in a box. Why would a broken screen need to be bubble wrapped and boxed. lol. That just means he has good attention to detail and will take care of your stuff. Def would contact again for all my tech needs! read more

Amazing service! Truly seem eager to help, extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Fixed my issue quickly and saved my workday!

Sam was fantastic - was very helpful in diagnosing the issue with 2 pcs, and recommending next steps without just trying to get money out of me or overcharge for unnecessary things. Would definitely recommend! read more

Sam's IT Solutions is 10/10 and would definitely request his services again in the future. Requested business networking setup along with troubleshooting with a company we work with as the program was not working correctly and network was having connectivity issues. Sam showed several hours of dedicated work in setting up and solving issues for our business to run smoothly. Pricing was very fair! He's the only guy I'll look for IT services in the future. read more

I am so grateful to have found Sam to consult on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 printer issue. I have been grappling with my own work tech-support for days and spoke to another external tech company neither of which led me to anything productive other than suggesting, I throw out the printer and buy a new one. Which turns out to be rather expensive. After speaking with Sam for a brief few minutes, he suggested I remove the print head and soak it in a shallow puddle of water overnight and then wipe it clean to get the clear print images. I was skeptical because I had wiped the print had cleaned several times and never got a good result. But he was spot on. He knew exactly what I needed to do and it worked. I got sharp print quality images after doing exactly what he said. He also gave me a link to order a reasonable new print head if the cleaning technique didn't work. So I was fully informed and prepared for Plan B. I'll hang onto that pro tip for next time I have a similar problem. I couldn't be more grateful for his knowledge and helpful consulting. I will definitely be going back to Sam when I have more technical issues to solve. read more

Sam was thorough and professional. He went out of his way to accommodate with my schedule. He got the job done in 45 mins. Provided me with before and after pictures, even cleaned out the motherboard for no extra charge. Very reasonably priced. read more

I'm almost 80 and a widowed female--the typical type of customer that most computer repair gurus pray they don't draw as a customer. I had unpacked my HP laptop, along with some discs of a computer game I'd played relentlessly on it--pertinent info: 15 YEARS AGO. I so very much wanted to play the game again, and although my HP actually turned on, I had no idea how to "put" the game onto it, to say nothing of actually playing the game that I had played hour after hour back in 2010. I had pretty thin hopes that I could somehow get it up and going again, after so many years. So I looked on Yelp and decided to try Sam, based on his good reviews and a sense of honesty that came through. I could write a review about Sam that would likely be about 2 pages, but this one is already too long. I'll try to lay out the most important aspects of my experience with Sam. He personally answered his phone when I called. He listened to my needs and said he thought he could get the game working but would need to see the setup. He was exactly on time to the appointment he'd given me the very next day. Sam was very friendly and encouraging, but he wasted no time assessing the task. Remember--my HP was a Windows 7 and hadn't been turned on/operational for 15 years. Sam patiently waited as the HP slowly started up, but then dived right into getting it operational in the quickest amount of time I've ever seen. He got it working, which included a complete overhaul of many of the aspects of the computer. Long story short, Sam identified the hiccups in making it work and playing the game flawlessly, but then gave me another solution that I figured was 1) complicated and 2) expensive. I wish I knew enough to describe the perceived complicated workaround that he cheerfully dived into setting up, but I hope it's enough to say that he provided a couple 2025 pieces, along with his lightning speed ability to activate so many processes to make it all happen. I was simply gobsmacked. In summary, I now have an ancient but fantastic computer game on my ancient but upgraded computer, with only a couple hours of expert assessment and manipulation by Sam, for very reasonable fees. I can't recommend him enough. He knows his stuff and I know I'll be calling only Sam, should I need anything related to computers and IT in the future. Thank you so much, Sam, for your patience and your uber skills! read more

Sam was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He solved my computer issues and installed new hardware and software for me. He gave me recommendations to increase speed and steps to improve output. He is definitely my new computer guy. read more

I requested a diagnostic to see why my computer was no longer displaying and Sam not only tried helping me over the phone before escalating it to a visit, but also provided multiple solutions and advice to try myself and keep in mind this was all out of the goodness of his heart without even mentioning pay! Although none of the solutions worked, his hopefulness and helpful tone made me feel comfortable requesting an in-person service to which he wrapped up in less than 30 minutes! Gave me all the advice and info needed to take necessary steps forward without charging a ridiculous price. Booking was very friendly and had many options for accommodation! They currently accept venmo, cash, check, and zelle! read more

A few weeks ago, my laptop was crashing constantly and I had reached out to Sam to figure out the issue. He spoke with me over the phone for half an hour, trying to help troubleshoot and diagnose the problem (as well as some back and forths over text). At the time, he thought it was due to overheating and suggested some settings to switch around and suggested a laptop fan for me to purchase to potentially remediate. I was able to eventually identify the true cause of the issue (faulty GPU driver) but Sam didn't charge me for any time used. He was very professional during our interactions and responded very timely. read more

I had a number of ongoing MAC/printer issues and was referred to Sam's by our local Facebook group. He had all "5s" in ratings. He returned my call right away and suggested that a number of these things could be resolved by Apple Customer Service. He gave me the phone number. The Apple tech did a remote session and resolved everything along with installing updates. All this for no cost! I called him to thank him. I'm definitely KEEPING his number and referring others when asked. read more

Sam's very responsive and a really nice guy. I had issues with my laptop and gave me free advice over the phone. I learned a lot in my short interaction with him and got the laptop brands he recommended for my specific needs. He gave me a lot of advice without charge, even when I inquired about other Windows OS questions the day after. I will definitely be going to him if I ever need to bring my computer in for repair in the future. read more

I called Sam's just on Sept 8th and left a message and was quite surprised when I got a call back 10 minutes later. The man I spoke with listened to what I had to say and recommended I buy and install a simple $10 device. Over the weekend he contacted me twice more to see if what he suggested worked. I didn't receive the internet ordered device until Sept 18th (nice going Amazon!) and it wasn't the silver bullet. Because the gentleman was conscientious enough to call back, I'm going to try them again. read more

I can't say enough great things about this shop! Sam provided unbelievable customer service from start to finish. He fixed my computer so quickly and took the time to explain in detail what was wrong, which I really appreciated. He's very helpful, professional, and communicates clearly every step of the way. His prices beat any other shop I've checked, making the experience even better. His assistant was also so kind and provided excellent service as well. I truly can't thank Sam and his team enough for their help--this is now my go-to computer shop! read more

Well, yet another one of those reviews where this guy was too damn not to write something immediately. Sam got right back to me in a timely fashion and walk me through the problem with my laptop after spilling water on it. He diagnosed two potential fixes and walked me through how to do both myself. And he was right! Back on track and didn't have to spend an afternoon at the Apple Genius Bar. Will gladly give this guy my business again! read more

Sam is a super-nice guy who will help you with your computer! I got a new computer and had so many things to back up, so many apps to download, so many files to transfer--it was overwhelming. On September 15, we called Sam to help us with VPN on all our computers in our home. He picked up our call and was so accommodating to our schedule. Sam is always so communicative--whether phone calls, text messages and email. He came exactly on time and was so professional always. He helped us with our VPN and within an hour was done. He charges so fair and we always rely on Sam to help us two completely computer and technology illiterate people. He is so honest and so kind and professional. He also suggested to help us with our Ethernet connection which I had zero clue and he told us what products to get and scheduled a follow up appointment on September 29 and September 30. We purchased the stuff he suggested and they were amazing products for the UPS guy was impressed we were having those things installed--some TP Link stuff. Sam took 5 hours to help install all the TP Link stuff and there were two troubling Ethernet plugs somehow the electrician didn't hook it properly and he solved it! He was so kind to help us take our kitchen tv down to troubleshoot the Ethernet and hook it up with all the wiring. He is so skilled, patient and wonderful. We will always call Sam for help--whether printer issues, computer issues and wifi issues. He even helped my husband with his locked iPhone! So kind to take on one more problem. He even sent us an invoice right away after all that work for my husband wanted one for his records. He emailed it to us within 30 minutes! Anything please give him a call and you will be impressed by his talent, his honesty and professionalism. We will always support him for he has helped us do much. read more

I found Sam's IT Solutions through Yelp, looking for someone who can quickly fix my laptop on a slight time crunch. As some of the reviews have said, he truly is very knowledgeable in his field and was very thorough in diagnosing the issues of my laptop. He does a great job walking through what he needs to know to help narrow down the issue and will do everything he can to help you with your computer needs! What I truly appreciate from his services is when I needed his help to get information about the parts he needed to fix my laptop. At the time I purchased the parts per Sam's instructions, the vendor needed information about the parts in my laptop to confirm that the parts they have in stock will work with my laptop, and because of this, they had placed my parts on hold for delivery. I contacted Sam about my issue, and he was happy to arrange an appointment to open my laptop for me and provide the necessary information so the vendor can release my order for shipment. Then once I received it, I contacted Sam again and he was happy to set up another appointment to get the necessary parts installed to fix my laptop. I really appreciate the service he provided and he even provided some tips and suggestions to protect your devices in the future. I've ended up learning some new things about the issues of my laptop and will implement his suggestions for the future now! Absolute 10/10. Highly recommend. read more

I'm leaving a review because I tried to ask for a quote but rather than charging me for something I could likely do on my own, Wissam took the time to give me a call and explain to me how to go about handling my issue. I sent a project request to ask for help with a stripped screw on the bracket of my old CPU fan. Within a few minutes, I got a response and request to call. Wissam was on the phone with another customer when I called, and even apologized for missing my call. It was kind of him because its understandable that he was on the line with another customer so I appreciated the extra courtesy since I wasn't entitled to an automatic answer. He asked me what happened to cause the issue, and made multiple suggestions for what I could do to remove the screw myself. He did not mention charging anything, a quote, etc, just tried to give me advice for how I could get it removed. I need to wait for the product he suggested to arrive so I can try what he suggested, but i will likely call him back to request a service repair if I still can't do it myself I wanted to take the time to leave a review even though I didn't pay for any service or have my PC worked on because it personally says a lot to me how a business communicates and treats customers. A lot of places might overcharge for simple solutions and even then would probably not take the time aside to walk someone through a solution at no charge. Wissam was very friendly and patient on the phone too, which is nice when dealing with a frustrating problem like this. If I have future issues with any of my devices I'll be sure to reach out again, and recommend to my family as well. read more

Talked on the phone and gave a free diagnostic, fast and simple simple, + gave recommendations on what to fix

I recently cracked the screen on my laptop. Given I was traveling, the use of a secondary monitor was not an option and I needed to get it fixed quickly. I reached out to Dell who pretty much said "go find someone local...". I looked at several companies and Sam's had the highest ratings and I did not see any negative comments. I gave him a call and explained my issue and he immediately diagnosed what parts I needed and sent me a link to purchase the parts and have them delivered to me. I liked this as I could ensure there was no crazy markup. Once the part arrived, I let them know and we scheduled a time to replace the screen. They are honorable, efficient, and cost-effective. Didn't hesitate to look for Sam again for IT solutions. My screen for my desktop suddenly stopped working (not the screen's issue, it was from my computer's end) and I assumed the HDMI port from my computer was broken since the display port was still working (the display port and HDMI port are on the same thing, the video card). Sent a message to Sam through Yelp and his response time is fast! He went through asking some questions about my problem and then went through some general troubleshooting. Now, when I say "general troubleshooting", you may think well... why didn't I think of doing these first? Cuz I can't think of what I could troubleshoot and having Sam think up of things I can try before really needing his services helps a ton! I ended up being able to solve my problem from home with Sam's advice. Stellar service and a stellar person. Can not recommend enough! read more

My printer wasn't doing its thing anymore but I couldn't figure out why. I called Sam and we set up a time for him to come by and check it out a couple days later. After a half hour or so of trouble shooting stuff I didn't even think or find on Google he figured out it was the drum unit that needed replacing! Was $123 for the part but the unit itself costs $250 so it was worth a shot. And it paid off! Back to printing properly again and was easy to replace! Thanks again Sam, you're a lifesaver! read more
