Sam's service was exceptional from the moment I called. First, he answered the phone which was really nice. He said he could help and that he'd come to me. I gave him my availability for the week and he texted a few minutes later saying he could swing by the same day. He texted when he was on his way with a specific eta and then showed up right on time. He was super friendly, courteous, and accommodating. He got right to work and solved my problem completely. His price was completely reasonable. I will use Sam anytime I have an issue. I cannot recommend Sam and his services enough. read more

Great communication and very fair pricing. Highly recommend. Other repair shops had given me wrong information and opaque pricing.

I needed to get my Mac book air repaired especially since apple no longer repairs my version of my laptop. Sam's IT texted me right away. I briefly explained the problem. In less than an hour I was given an idea of what the issue was and a solution on how to fix it. I delivered my laptop to them a couple of days later and by that evening my screen was replaced and fixed. I was so excited to find out it was ready for pick up the next morning. The pricing fit my budget. I recommend Sam's IT to everyone who needs a quote for their computer repair. I am very satisfied they got my laptop up and running so quickly. read more

They responded very quickly and even offered to fix it on Christmas Day! Process was easy, they sent a link to the part on Amazon for me to get which was great that way I knew I wasn't getting ripped off on part prices. Then I just dropped it off and it was ready the next day! Great pricing, fast and friendly, all you can ask for! read more

Wissam had me call after giving me his phone number. My laptop went south when I changed the mouse. After a few questions, he gave me the solution I would have never thought of. I was able to perform myself. All he would accept was this review. Very knowledgeable and a very cool dude. read more

I called Sam about a month ago for help with a PC issue, and he walked me through the solution over the phone--no charge at all. Two weeks later, I ran into an overheating problem, and again, he helped me fix it remotely. Today, I had a major issue with my memory and BIOS settings, and Sam showed up right away. He fixed the problem quickly and charged a fair price that I was more than happy with. Highly recommend him he's knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. read more

The I T support was very helpful! In todays world you dont get assistance like this. I highly recommend!!

Sam and his drop off office were great! Responded to my email inquiry same day within a couple hours. Transparent about pricing. My laptop gave me the blue screen, recommended to just wipe the drive clean and reinstall windows OS. Unfortunately it gave a faulty hardrive error and needed replacement. Even offered to add more memory for a little extra cost but very reasonable. Originally had 256gb ssd, now have 500gb and kind enough to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. I didn't mind the upgrade for my laptop. Picked up from the drop off office next day. No issues. Easy payment method venmo/zelle, received invoice via email with transparent breakdown and prorate labor cost. Would come back again and refer to family/friends! Thanks again Sam and his team. read more

Never met Sam or anyone on his team - just dropped a Chromebook off at a nondescript 7th floor office in a bank building. He called later that evening with a detailed synopsis of what was wrong - and his recommendation that it wouldn't be worth repairing. I picked the laptop off the next day. No charge. Highly recommend Sam's IT Sollutions! read more

As the other reviewers have noted, it's an absolute pleasure to work with Sam. He responded promptly to my message inquiries and did an assessment about whether it would be worth it to fix my laptop or if I should just buy another refurbished one. He guided me where I should buy the parts on ebay so that they'd be returnable in the event that the diagnosed repair didn't work. The turnaround time was less than a day for Sam to fix my laptop! His pricing was very reasonable-way cheaper than Apple would've been. read more

I was looking for someone to help with a vertical line issue on our scanner output when scanning documents. I called Sam, and he spent almost 30 minutes discussing the problem with me and providing an in-depth explanation about our scanner. He was very sincere, polite, and trustworthy. Update: because I'd his recommendation I was able to save my work files. You're the best, Sam! *** original review *** I give Sam more than 5 stars for being so helpful. I didn't expect to get a response in the middle of the night but he guided me through a lot of suggestions on how to see if my hard drive was readable. Amazing attitude, knowledgeable. Thanks a million. read more

Sam was so conscientious. I was opening up a new office and was told I needed an IT guy to set up my phone and internet. I thought I was contacting a different Sam, so imagine my surprise when this Sam arrived! He was gracious and offered to allow me to contact the original Sam. But I told him that he must have been the one for a reason, and that turned out to be true. The Spectrum tech was there earlier in the day and did not do the job correctly. Also, the electrician did not wire the electrical lines correctly. Sam was able to detect both problems with his handy dandy electrical detector and I was able to get both the electrician and a different Spectrum tech to come back and fix it. I was up and running the next day. It took a couple of hours for Sam to get everything sussed out and quite a bit of time on the phone with the Spectrum rep, but his hourly rate was more than fair. He had another job after mine and couldn't wait for the electrician to show up that night, but he said to call the next day and he could walk the Spectrum tech through what he had found. I had scheduled being down for one day and knew the move would take just one day if everyone that had been hired did their jobs. Thanks Sam! I wouldn't have been up and running without you. read more

Sam was lightning quick to respond with a text right away. After I sent him photos of my issue, he called to discuss how he could help. His office staff are very professional, and he is very responsive with updates about the progress of my repair. He offered me a price for the repair and asked first if it was fair to me, which felt very empowering and respectful for me as a customer. Overall, I felt like he was very trustworthy and cared about my experience as a customer. I highly recommend him! read more

I called Sam on a Sunday needing to figure out why my computer's memory was full and I don't have anything saved to my laptop! He made a special trip to my house and diagnosed the issue. He came back and installed a larger hard drive. It was very fast and very affordable! Sam is a congenial person and explained everything to me. He does his research and just because I don't know much about what's going on with my computer he didn't treat me like an idiot. He's responsive to my text messages and when he was running late from one client to another he called to let me know ahead of time as asked if it would be ok . I would recommend him to family and friends. read more

I needed help upgrading my hard dive and ram on my pc laptop. Sam was quick to reply... he sent me links to components to order on Amazon in case I wanted to just order and install myself. I opted to have him do it and give it a clean install of windows 11. He was fast and reasonable. On pickup after finishing the final setup on the windows install that Sam had done, I had some issues with missing drivers (Alienware specific stuff)... Sam patiently talked me through where to find those drivers... and even offered to come do a service call at no charge if I couldn't get it to work. Definitely went above and beyond. thanks Sam! read more

Sam has 5 stars on Yelp for a reason. Awesome customer service. My gaming desktop was experiencing some issues so I gave Sam a call and described the issue. He helped me troubleshoot over the phone by asking me some questions about my build and he diagnosed that I needed to upgrade my cooler. He told me exactly which part to order and to let him know once it arrives so that he can come and install it. I ordered the part and Sam arrived on time on the scheduled repair day. He started by running some diagnostics on my computer and then began the installation which took no more than 30 minutes. After the installation was complete, Sam let me test my computer over the weekend before submitting payment just to make sure everything was working properly and that the issue was fixed before paying. Price was also very fair. I will be reaching out to Sam again for any future IT needs and I highly recommend any others who are reading this to do the same. read more

Fantastic! Messaged because I needed a new battery for my laptop. Sam was quick and responsive. Got my model number, sent me an Amazon link for the battery, it arrived the next day, dropped off the laptop and battery and it was installed. All for half the price that Apple would have charged me for the same replacement. Sam was pleasant, easy to work with and the whole process went smoothly. Definitely recommend. read more

I had Sam add another SSD drive to Dell laptop today and he did a quick and fantastic job. It took far less time than expected and everything works perfectly. I also had Sam look at another laptop of mine where another shop told me the motherboard was toast.
