SHORT REVIEW: my 2020 iPad Pro would not power. I brought it to iRepair Cellular & they were able to repair it quickly (about one full day) & none of my data was lost. I would highly recommend this business for your repair needs! LONG REVIEW: I purchased my 2nd gen iPad Pro in 2020 brand new directly from Apple. A few weeks ago my iPad suddenly wouldn't power on. After trying all the suggested solutions online I took it to the Apple Store. They told me a major component failed & the only solution they offered me was to replace the entire iPad with the exact same one (amazing they had something that old in stock) & would've cost me about $500. I decided to look for other solutions & reached out to a few different businesses on Yelp. Joey was very quick to reply. I took it in & he diagnosed it free of charge. After a quick analysis he let me know there was major failure in the hardware & parts would need to be replaced. He told me if he could fix it, it would cost the price we agreed on when he diagnosed it. If not, it was no charge. He estimated he could finish the project by tomorrow. The next day he called (which I missed) & texted me to let me know my device was ready for pick up. To my delight, when I came to the shop the screen lit up & my wallpaper was still displayed (meaning my data was still there)! Joey was kind, worked quickly, & I was never in the dark about how long the service would take or how much it would cost me. I take good care of my devices so I've never needed Apple care or repair service. This was such a good experience & I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of repair! if I could rate this place zero stars I would. I came here with my 2022 MacBook Air and paid around $420 including tax. To fix the screen and display after about a month, I opened the computer softly, and while touching the screen, as I was opening it, it fully cracked and turned off after five seconds of using. It is obvious the screen that they repaired my computer with was horrible and low quality. If you have a nice device, I would recommend it never coming here and getting it fixed at the original repair store. They charge about the same price and do a way worse job. screw this place and the people who scam there. read more

I had made a few phone calls to different repair places because my screen was not responding and I just needed to rest or my phone to factory settings. I had gotten a quote from one stop cellular asking for a donation instead of a charge with a minimum of $30. I stopped at this place because it was next door to the store I was at, just to see how much it would cost. The place was empty, the guy walked up to me, looked at my phone and said, $90. I said, the person down the street said $30. He responded and said, I don't have cheap screens and walked away without even looking at me. So rude and disrespectful. Go 1.6 miles to La Habra to One Stop Celular!!!! The owner was the best! He helped a minimum of 20 people while I was there. He doesn't rest until he figures it out and he's sooooo reasonable. I have a iPhone 8 Plus and the screen was cracked and he replaced it within it seemed like minutes. Clean shop with phone cases and screen covers. I bought a case for $15.
